Interact API Unable in Service Accounts

Hey All,

I am trying to get Interact Local Setup in my organization's VM.

But, when I try to add the Interact API to the Service account, the selection doesn't come as seen in the image attached.

My current stage is:
-Installed All Self-Signed SSL Certificates & Running in IIS.
-Installed & Running Interact V4.3
-Interact API & Tenant Installed on Blue prism under Web Services Tab & Credential Manager
-Able to log in to Interact (Connected with https://Authentication.local)
-Able to Create & Fill forms

Issue:
-Unable to get Approved forms to Blue Prism Queue
-Unable to select newly created Blue Prism Queue while creating new forms.

Not Sure what's going wrong.

Hi Vaikunth

The Interact Remote API service account is not available in v4.3. The Client ID when creating the credential is InteractRemoteClient and the secret is generated as the last stage of the installation. If you haven't retained it, it's stored in a folder which by default is found at:  C:\Program Files (x86)\Blue Prism\Interact Remote API secret
key.txt

But my underlying issue is that I can't push any work from Interact Forms(Approved) to BLuePrism Queue.

Initially I had in mind the root cause was the missing Interact API Check button, but now it's keeping me wondering what might be the actual issue here.

Hi vaikunth ,

 We have the similar issue while working around interact .Please check the below solutions .

1)Check if you have assigned the Queue Name in Blue Prism Hub (You can check this under Forms inside Hub).
4117.png2)Check your BPCloud settings that if it allowing the Interact API Requests .While Configuring check your server details .

The answer to your points is as below:
1.I am able to get the view of some queue Items but not the latest ones.
2.We have currently implemented a local version of BPC, but we have referenced Interact API in the BP Rest API Web Service & Blue Prism DB in the Connection.


Please let me know if you have any other suggestions.

This does seem like it might be one for support but, to clarify, does the issue occur when using the Create/Raise Submission actions or when submitting a form manually from Interact, or both?
