If you're logged in to the DX and still receiving that error, I'd suggest you flush your browser cache and try again.

Hi @ewilson - This error is coming right after I enter my credentials and hit login to digital exchange - I have cleared my browser caches and have even tried on my mobile as well - but this seems to be an issue with either my credentials for DX (my creds are working fine for blueprism portal and community) or my access for digital exchange.

Hi @Michael Shillingford - Yes this is happening every time when I am trying to log in to DX. 

I hit login ribbon - it takes me to enter credentials page and when I do that and hit enter - this error would pop up.

Hi Mukesh,

I believe I know the problem you are experiencing. Would you mind providing me the email you are trying to log in with? In addition, if you have registered on the DX with an old email you no longer use can you please provide that as well?

I'll try and get this sorted for you quickly.

Hi @KyleStrumberger - my updated email id is - "[Removed by Admin]" - I had an inactive profile associated with this email id which I was able to get rid of by getting the old profile deleted by blueprism support and updated my email id ("[Removed by Admin]") on my current active community and BP portal accounts.

but for some reason - my community profile still reflects my previous email id where as it should have now reflected "[Removed by Admin]" - -

My BP Portal account is reflecting the correct email id -
