Status of robots in pool is not updating

Hello, in our project recently we've started to work with pools, but they behave in some kind of strange matter. The machines in the pool have their state always as "connecting". I'd like to know the status of each individual machine, because if they are for example offline, then there needs to be an action taken. Attached you can see a print screen that shows an error - from the left side of the print screen we do not get information that one machine is offline, and the other is not-logged in. Is there some kind of known bug with that? What could be causing that? Where can we find a logs that will help us troubleshoot that? We're using 5.0.24 version.

I have the same issue in my env with ver. 5.0.30.0. When resources are in a pool the statuses are ""Connecting"", when I remove a resource then I see its correct status.

I think by design it is only the pool status that is really updated rather than the status of every resource within the pool. So the Pool will show as connected, the resources within the pool connecting. There is a lot of work going on to update control room for v6 so maybe this will be improved. It is also worth adding a comment to the ideas and enhancements area of this Forum.
