Hi, 

Apologies if this is in the wrong discussion group, but I just had a quick question. 

Whenever a process marks an item as an exception, does that automatically mark the Tag with the exception reason? 

We are finding that whenever a process marks the item as an exception, regardless of whatever way we configure our exception handling, the Tag in the queue for that item, is always updated with the exception reason. However, this doesn't seem intuitive, as there is a column for "Exception Reason" on the right hand side of the queue. 

If anyone could help to shed any light on this, it would be a great help.

I believe you can use the Tag Item action on the Internal - Work Queues VBO to override this behavior.
