It would be really helpful to have a search functionality to directly search a process or object by providing its name to avoid the problem of having to expand all the groups and look for a process or object manually. for Eg. in our DEV Environment we have around 200 processes which are grouped in 40 different groups and sub groups. So sometimes when we don't know which exact group to go inside for a particular process, It makes the searching process very difficult. Hello, I requested this a year back as an enhancement but no action was taken. Basically, there are several Blue Prism customers that would like to see added support for using resource pools together with Login Agent. This would save a lot of time and trouble in scheduling of automations, including better utilization of licenses. Currently, it is only possible to use resource pools in a smart way by not using login agent, i.e. to allow the Windows Account to have access to all systems with Single Sign-On (SSO). The other option to get around this is to build custom scheduling which Blue Prism would not support as part of the license agreement. Hi , Decipher doesn't provide an option to restrict access within the Admin Panel. Admin Panel has sub panels like USERS, DOCUMENT CONFIGURATION , BATCHES & SYSTEM. In development environment the developers may need access to use DOCUMENT CONFIGURATION , however we cannot just provide access to only this panel instead we have to give access to the entire Admin Panel which is not right way. ... We have a pretty big RPA developer community for which our central operations team needs to manage the credentials as we cannot grant everyone the "Manage Credentials" permissions. This is because with "Manage Credentials" permission everyone would be able to change the Password and/or update the "Access Rights" settings for any credential even without knowing the current Password - which is pretty bad. So we are trying to automate the credential management but here again, it's apparently not possible without UI automation of Blue Prism itself as there is no other way to set the "Access Rights" for a given credential than via the UI. It would be great if there would be either  a) a simple API which would allow creation of credentials (including Access Rights settings) in an automated fashion b) [preferred option] a better access management / authorization check for credential management, so that we could just grant everyone the "manage credentials" permission and if they have the current password they can update/delete the credential if they want to; if not, they will not be able to edit the credential. Only System Admins should probably still be able to edit any credential without having to provide the current password. ... View more

Currently if you send a Composition by email and the address is incorrect, the email will move to Error Status.  The client would like the ability to "Cancel" the email (would prefer to change email address and resend, different request) and move it to the Cancel Status so that it is apparent the item was reviewed and error caught. ...
