Connector for Azure Form Recognizer

Hello,
I am looking for a Web API service for Azure Form Recognizer. I have found this offer so far, but no download. (https://digitalexchange.blueprism.com/dx/entry/3439/solution/form-recognizer-azure-cloud)
I would like to go directly through the web service? Is there anything pre-built here?

It seems there's an issue with the asset card for that connector. I've reported it, and we should have it cleaned up shortly.
