We need the ability to accurately report on cases completed within a specific time period (such as monthly), in the same way we are currently able to report on cases created. User Story As a reporter, I want to accurately report on the number of cases completed during a selected time frame (e.g., monthly), in the same way I can report on cases created, so that I can provide consistent and reliable numbers to stakeholders. Current Workaround Right now, we use the event date to approximate when a case was completed. However, this date can change if activity occurs after the case moves to the END queue—for example, if someone adds a comment to a completed case. This causes the completion date to shift, making the data appear inconsistent and giving the impression that the number of completed items is changing over time. Example A stakeholder requested the number of cases created and completed per month for 2025. Reporting on cases created was simple using the KEY date. Reporting on cases completed was not possible, because there is no fixed, reliable END date stored in Chorus.
