Filter Business Exceptions (Similar to completed, locked & pending)

Would be useful if you could simply filter exceptions between Business & System exceptions. In a similar way to filtering in control room for completed, pending and locked - split Exceptions via Business and Pending. I know this can be completed via Tag filters, however would be a nice simple improvement.

Sometimes we need to deprecate a component in Chorus Design Studio. Other times to make administration tidy, we just need to rename a component. I'd like to see the ability to rename existing Processes, Presentation Flows, Automation Services, UX Services, and Sampling Services.

The ability to see the dependency relationships for nested references in the Advanced Find search window. This search feature was available in earlier versions of Blue Prism, but has been removed in recent versions. The ability to search by nested references greatly decreases time spent trouble shooting for a Blue Prism Developer to find the actions that relate to a specific data item. The removal of this search feature means the developer is opening each action one by one to confirm what the input and output data items. The ability to search by explicit reference and nested reference provides more transparency to the developer. Examples are attached.

Hi Support Team, For Controllers - Who need to handle multiple processes in production environment, and suppose there are around 300 to 400 environment variables and need to update environment variables - It takes more time to find environment variables with dropping down scroll bar. Instead of this, Blue Prism should provide the search or find box, by that way user can find environment variables and change value. It will save time for controllers.

From BP 6.4 you can partially segregate teams - separate folders for objects, processes, resources. Unfortunately some critical parts are still common. It would be great to have a way for teams: To manage/see their own credentials To manage/see their own work queues

Currently, there is no option to archive Audit logs/Audit events from the System Manager tab. Over the period of time, this DB table is supposed to grow and the team will need someone from the DB team to run a query to clear this table. Instead, we should have the option to delete/archive audit logs similar to process logs in the System tab itself.

We would like the ability to mask parameters in logs. Currently you can either show or hide parameters, but hiding parameters can make it difficult to troubleshoot when it could be a data issue (or even confirm you're looking at the correct item in the log). Would ask that you add a third option with 2 selectors. The option should be to mask parameters. The selectors should be to show first or show last and how many characters. So if my data is 123456789 and I say show first 2, then I should see 12*** in my log. If I say show last 4, I should see ***6789. This will allow us to protect NPI but improve production troubleshooting immensely.

We have a lot of requests in Interact and our back office aren't working fast enough. And now they are always picking the newest Interact Inbox. We have tried to make them click on ID to take the oldest first. But they forget after some weeks. And now we have requests that never go through. An Inbox that remembers what the last user did will really help our customers to receive faster human-in-the-loop answers.

When creating a new process or object, make the default behaviour be that the user selects a template. This will promote Best Practice, a 'house' style and discourage 'one of a kind' developments. Granted this is already possible via Save As but encouraging the use of templates will bring many benefits to the delivery sequence. (Thanks to DD for the idea)

There is no option to view all the values of an item in the Queue Contents view. Currently you can only see the item key. To be able to analyse the contents of an item, I must start a process and call "Get Next Item". It would be helpful to place a button next to or in the Item Key column that allows you to see the content of the respective item. A list view would be good too, so that you have an overview of all items with the associated item values. Viewing the item's values should be restricted by access rights, as items may contain information that should not be accessible to everyone.

Raising this enhancement to get option to export HUB Audit Logs into any file format. We are using HUB 4.6 for BP 7.1.1 Environment. We require to save the Audit logs into our security system for auditing purpose. HUB 4.6 does not have option to export the logs and we are only able to view the logs on the HUB Web Portal.

The table operations options in UX builder need extending so that the add, edit and delete can all be chosen independently. Particularly, the need to edit and add without the option to delete is going to be a common requirement for customers.

Currently Blue Prism does not allow to remove all tags for item. you need to remove one by one tag from item. For example - Item has Tag1, Tag2, Tag3, Tag4 then you have to get all tags then put in loop and remove one by one. There should be option to remove all tags in one go.

Currently Blue Prism can only be deployed on an MS SQL Server instances, and the recommended version is Enterprise which comes at quite a high price tag, making it expensive for smaller deployments, and/or smaller companies wanting to use Blue Prism. As the times are changing and a lot of non-enterprise companies are looking to streamline their operations and automate their processes, a high deployment cost (and maintenance) for infrastructure is often viewed as a blocker. This being said... can you please add support for PostgreSQL as well as MySQL databases for the Blue Prism DB Server?

Need the ability to consolidate more than one attachment file that is received via email through the Chorus process design tool in order to create one source object file attached to the work item. This is the preferred method for Document Automation and Chorus BPM integration using the bridge, where one source is attached to the work and that one source is submitted to create a batch in DA

Would be great if BP can upgrade the Code Stage action with IntelliSense/AutoComplete features which is available in Visual Studio/Excel. It'll be helpful to check on the related Functions, Classes, syntax and more. It will ease out the developers work to create their customized objects if required.

When a process is running in Control Room, you can have a look at the log to see if it's doing all the right things. Unfortunately, this log is currently only a snapshot at the time you open it. If you want to see the current state again, you have to open a new log, which again is only a snapshot. While I do appreciate you cannot have live updating logs all the time, this option would certainly be very nice to have for those problems that require to keep track of what the process is doing as it runs along. For that reason it would be very nice indeed to have access to an new log option that allows for live logging. Happy coding! --------------- Paul Sweden
