The document configuration section of the Decipher application is currently under the Admin tab.  However, it order to grant access to the document configuration section, access to the full Admin tab is currently required.  Currently there are team members that need to utilize the document configuration section, but they do no need access to all other admin functions.  In order to follow the Least Privileged Principle with access, we would request the Document Configuration access be segmented out so that access to this does not give access to all Administrative functions. ... With Increase in the number of automated processes, it becomes very difficult to search for an object while working on a new process. If Blueprism can provide a search feature in Action stage where developer can search for a required object that will really help in searching for the required object,. also if we can show recently used objects in Action stage that will really help to speed up the development phase, since few action of an object needs to be utilized in a sequential manner to achieve target, like for Excel VBO we create instance, then create work book, then read/write from it. A number of our automations are API only, therefore monitoring progress and activity by watching a digital worker becomes ineffective because nothing happens on screen for one to see. Currently a lot of day to day operations are accessible only via the admin panel, eg Batches, Document management, as well as grants access to full user/user group management, which is a no go from Audit point of view as you cannot segregate developer responsibilities from the system admin especially if you are using outsourced services.
