As we come to the end of the year, we want to share some of our best community moments of 2022. We’ve had plenty to shout about, from delivering a record number of ideas in ideation to winning awards! We have picked out a few highlights of the great things that have taken place this year, and in one last celebration of our community members we are putting on a holiday competition starting today with a prize of a holiday hamper worth 100 USD! We won awards for our Community!
Thanks to your votes we won best Customer Success community in the 2022 CMX awards, this is something we are immensely proud of. We try to put you – our community members - at center of everything we do, so it means a lot to be officially recognized for this. We have been nominated for the Creator community category this year for the work we have done on our ideation program. Voting for this closes on December 2nd so there is still one day left to vote for us in the 2023 awards!
Our team got bigger!
At the start of 2022 the community team got two new members.
In January, the community team welcomed the first new community team member, Amy Tsaousi, Senior Programs Manager.
“My best part of this year has been getting under the skin of how we can improve ideation at blue prism. When I interviewed some community members who are just as enthusiastic about ideation as me, it was great to be able to bring to life some much needed improvements to the entire process. We have even had more activity from staff who are updating ideas, asking questions, and making sure we are listening and taking customer ideas into consideration.”
In February, I became the next new addition to our team. It is tricky to pick my favorite part of working in the community team, but I think it would be creating the Member of the Month blogs. We have a community full of inspiring and determined members and doing blog post interviews I have been able to learn more about a few of them, and I hope to find out more about you all in 2023!

We have been able to celebrate some of the amazing work you have done to help other members and create a welcoming environment with our community Members of the Month. Thank you once again to @Neeraj Kumar, @Zdeněk Kabátek, @Joshna_16, @ManpreetKaur1, @Guilherme Morandini, @PabloSarabia and our November MOTM @Michael ONeil, whose blog will be up shortly. Thank you to all our Community 2022 MOTM for your outstanding community contributions, knowledge sharing and insight!
We listened and delivered!
We love seeing innovation and creativity in the Community, we have seen this in Community ideation submissions. We have been able to deliver nine Community improvement ideas submitted by members. This included hosting Blue Prism themed hackathons with prizes and making community posts shareable.
You won awards!
We really enjoyed our inaugural Community Member Appreciation Day (CMAD). As well as our live threads, special MVP prizes and a live quiz, we crowned 10 CMAD award winners @KodiSrihari, @jessetutt, @JerinJose, @Pablo Sarabia, @EmersonF, @Walter Koller, @Vipul Tiwari, @krishna.kodimurali9, @Neeraj Kumar and @devneetmohanty07. Congratulations again to all of you!
