My client (on 23.x) having the following pain-points/suggestion on the new Process workspace. With browser setup 100% zoom on 16-17 inch screen. The add attachment pop up window disappears after one attachment is added in Processor Workspace. This only happens when the add attachment is used within a process.  We have had users ask for it to function like Legacy Processor where the window stays there until you are done attaching one or multiple items to the object.   ... The "Select" list option on Form are not displaying to the user as alphabetized or in numerological order. The form "Select" lists are displaying exactly how it is built on the back end. Hoping to get the list items moveable on the design side so the lists do not need to be completely rebuilt when needing to reorder the way the list displays to the user. We are on Chorus 21.2.4.7 One of our users reported a concern; she indicated that when she created new work or opened a new window, occasionally the new work would create behind the other open case cards that she had open. In other words, the card she was actively working would create behind cards not actively being worked. The extra shuffling of cards this causes isn’t ideal from a user experience, of course. I am going to recommend the user "minimize" unused cards.  However, I would like to ask this forum: Shouldn't the action of creating new work should result in the New case card opening on top of all other case cards.   Is this something that can be improved upon  OR   has it already in (v22, v23)? ... Chorus client Sanlam have a specific business requirement to alert a defined set of users if an attachment is added to a work item. Principal use case: an attachment is uploaded and attached to an existing work item via API from an external (non-UXB) web portal, but could be any scenario where a source is attached external to the defined business process. Currently there is no easy way to achieve the above without having a separate "match and attach" process. This specific requirement though can be boiled down to a much more generic requirement to be able to trigger (or not) an automation service when a source is attached to a work item.
