This is a post to the product managers for WorkHQ. Hello, SS&C BP colleague. I work in Singapore with our partners in Asia-Pacific. I'd like to give suggest 2 ways to improve how WorkHQ tenants are activated: Extend the period for the activation email from 24 hours to 72 hours. That'll give more time, especially for partners working in a different time zone. Permit SalesOps to send the activation email to a different recipient, instead of the person originally identified. This flexibility is needed, b/c the original recipient may be unavailable due to leave, sudden changes, etc. Ping me if you'd like to learn more about the 3-4 incidents, when partners in APAC and Japan experienced difficulties in activating their WorkHQ tenants due to these 2 points above.
