I enrolled for a couple of training long time ago but never managed to even start most of them. I just kept adding them as I thought they are interesting. Now when i look at my courses I see two pages of courses that are already archived by the system but are shown as 'in-progress' or 'enrolled' to me. It would be nice to have the option to delete/remove courses from my My Activities list. I guess it would not be so relevant to see if I attended a BP training two year ago anyways.

Currently it is possible to import an existing object into a different folder by using the overwrite option. This should not be possible if the user does not have modify rights on the existing object. Scenario: An object is located and read-only folder. A user with import rights can import this object into another folder (eg there is a release file with different structure, single object import targeting into default folder). When he chooses the overwrite option during import, the existing object content is replaced but it seems to be still in the original (restricted) folder. The user can now change his object in his folder (bypassing original folder restrictions). Since the overwrite option created another reference to the original object, all changes will be applied to both objects in both folders. These changes also include delete that removes both objects (even in restricted folder)

While a Run time Resource is busy running a process it own't take another one. It will be a nice functionality if Que concept is introduced in Product. That way it will execute on First in First Out basis.

For the content on the Digital Exchange which is merely a link to an external source - such as to github - it would be nice to remove the login requirements, as it is merely an extra annoying step to get to something that is already open to the public.

Setting up these products are always been a complex task. I'm wondering why are we not merging all the installers in a single package for the user to directly run it. We can also include Rabbit and Erlang in the same msi/exe installer so users can install it easily. When starting the tool the installation itself gives so much pain that users will definitely lose interest in the beginning only before using the tool. And it is not just with Decipher. Try Hub, Interact, BPD, all of the setup steps are extremely complex and high chance of facing a variety of errors. Just to set up Decipher user needs to run 7 individual installers! I agree we have proper guides and videos for each component but installing and configuring these many items are really not user-friendly. For e.g. To install Blue Prism Enterprise we only run a single package likewise I believe each of the products should have a single and straightforward installer to make life easy for everyone. I've raised this before in one of our roadmap call with the product team last year in 2022 but new versions are coming up with the same installation steps and framework. Hence raising these here as an idea and to know how other users feel about the same. Thank you

In the system settings of the Blue Prism interactive client there is an option "start a personal Runtime Resource on this machine when users log in to Blue Prism" It would be great if we could just right click on a process in control tab and would have an option like "Run on current Resource". Right now, if a user wants to start a process on his personal Resource he has to lookup his machine in the Resources section. This can be really time consuming.

Our users like the calendar view of the Scheduler\Timetables window but it shows all schedules for all resources making it impossible to actually see what is relevant for users who are interested on their own processes. I would expect the possibility to set custom filters (on resource, schedule / process, ...). Further, future enhancements would be to automatically filter the information based on the rights of the user.

Hello There, We are following federated operating model for RPA where operation team owned the shared BOT BAU. We are scheduling BOTs from 4:30 AM to 11:00 PM and team got the work from access to monitor the BOTs. We have faced some application related upgrades and adhoc pop ups due to BOT terminated. We have closed all the active windows and restart the VM to keeps BOTs back on track. I would like to suggest here if we have live snapshot of runtime machines in the control room similar to how we access through VNC or RDP. it will be very help full specifically this work from situation. Regards

On the tool's INPUT: Human Worker Profile section it would be good if there was another of capturing the process costs. For example, for some of the processes we are automating we are charged per transaction as opposed to FTE based which is the only option on the tool. It would also be good if you could export the process assessment results to Excel. We can extract some information but cannot see the further detail we have inputted in to the assessment (no of screens, no of paths etc) without clicking the edit icon to view the whole assessment again. Thanks James

Dears We recolect some suggestions that we think are nice to have: Include a screenshot of the screen in VBO to be able to identify easier which screen is the one being robotized Add the possibility to indicate the proxy address within the REST API and its credentials Execution of exhibited processes / objects by invoking the machine pool or using a balancer (currently it is necessary to know the specific resource to use it) •Report of the VBOs and the screens automated with it •Modification of environment variables through REST interface •Improved search times for elements in applications whose tree is very large, mainly detected in applications built in java. The deeper in the element tree and more inside, the more the performance deteriorates, taking about 2 minutes to find the element. ‘Concatenate’ processes that at the scheduled time cannot be executed if the machine is not available, so that those executions are not lost Improved management of interactive client logs to avoid system out of memory, especially when archiving Alerting: notification via email or other channels KR

Session log viewer to have filter option to filter specific columns filters, so that's easy debug through log identify. I know search option is available but it's good to have in-built filter to show only filtered data.

Consider introducing Inheritance concepts for Objects and Processes. Imagine developing Processes for delivering products or services to Amazon, Target, Walmart and more. The process is the same, but implementation and details vary. Today, we have to create "Main Process" and add switches to go to a particular Customer Sub Process or Page. What would be nice is to ensure that Customer Sub Processes follow Main Process Interface and are called dynamically. This way we don't have to change and retest Main Process, just the new Sub Process.
Another example: Blue Prism is used for Employee offboarding. Traditional way would be to call a process for each system to perform offboarding from the main process. Now imagine that the Company added a new system to it's portfolio and we need to update offboarding process. Not only we need to design a new BP offboarding Process, but we also need to update Main process to include new system in Offboarding process.
I'm proposing to allow main process to call other processes dynamically based on configuration or other conditions, so when changes come Main process does not need testing.
Main process call to supporting processes would look something like:
For Each p in processList
Call p

Right now, licenses are added up and shareable for every Runtime Resource, but it would be nice to be able to control of assignment of license to specific Runtime Resources via schedules because sometimes schedules conflict with each other and it would be better to make sure the assignment of licenses to some schedule.

If we get the name of the exe or process when we spy the element it will be useful for developers. For Example, if i am working on SAP application and i have to save as a document into PDF, here save as dialogue should be attached with different business object, it is tough to find what is the process name of the save as dialogue. So if we have a attribute or information while spying that what is the process name blueprism is trying to spy it will be very useful for the developers.
