Certain attachment file types will not "Create" in the new Processor workspace view. It isn't accepting file extensions if they are saved as uppercase like ".PDF" but they work in Classic and Legacy Processor. Only file types available were: pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, tif, gif, jpg, txt, tiff, png, jpeg, htm, html, heic,TIFF,TIF Our System Administrator had to update the file types on all environments to include: pdf,PDF,doc,DOC,docx,DOCX,xls,XLS,xlsx,XLSX,tif,TIF,gif,GIF,jpg,JPG,txt,TXT,tiff,TIFF,png,PNG,jpeg,JPEG,htm,HTM,html,HTML,heic,HEIC We are hoping these file types can be added to the newer versions. We would like the AWD Option of 'Expire by Date' to work with Processor Workspace as it did with Classic Workspace. In Classic Workspace we used the 'Expire by Date' option to have any items suspended for a day to unexpire with first Batch run of the day. However with Processor Workspace this option doesnt work as Processor was not coded to use it. We would like this 'Expire by Date' option to work with Processor Workspace to match how it works currently with Classic Workspace. Let me know if there are any questions.

Idea: To allow custom port selection between web-client's and RabbtiMQ communication in deployment. Or at least allow pre-selected specific ports such as 5671. Reason: The default use of 5672 port for RabbitMQ and Decipher's web-client is treated as vulnerable and insecure from cleartext authentication mechanism. Detailed explanation: Current setup of Decipher v2.1 is not supporting 5671 TCP port as secure communication channel between Decipher server and Rabbit MQ server components. The use of 5671 port is part of increased security feature to solve vulnerability (as per guidance and reported BP support of this source Vulnerability in RabbitMQ : disable cleartext authentication mechanisms in the amqp configuration - Stack Overflow) . Unfortunately, v2.1, web client supports only 5672 port from RabbitMQ and no other ports are supported.

If you're using Blue Prism Hub you must have come across this error. Rather than having a static message for any error "Something went wrong" is definitely a bad idea. All the apps have their logs Hub should have the ability to read the log and display the actual error on screen so the user can understand the issue. Right now troubleshooting the Hub, Interact, BPD, and Auth Server is a cumbersome task.

Right now we can only delete environment variable one by one in Blue Prism 6.6. We should be able to delete many variables by selecting it at once.

This can add more flexibility while developing if the tool allows the developer to open different pages of the same process in different windows.

This would make the web element identification for Chrome more precise, as we could define what element we actually want to work with, as most web pages do not really have unique values for all elements we would like to work with. This way the nesting could be defined, which would definitely give us much higher chance to create a unique combination for more robust application model.

Screen: Control Room --> Schedules Feature: "Send Email" Option under "On Exception" dropdown field Description: It would be very helpful if we have a "Send Email" functionality backed in the Schedule page as we can configure the email address and an automated email will be sent with the error if the schedule fails to kickoff or terminates with an un-handled exception.
Today most of the schedules silently fail and no notification is being sent to the teams. Embedding "Send Email" on Errors and Exception of Schedules will be a great feature that can help the product.

Currently the maximum limit of tabs (i.e. documents that can be opened inside the CV) is set to 15. The initial thought was to optimize the performance when processing attachments in runtime prior to us introducing the node clustering feature in HTML CV 1.4.1 to support higher volume of transactions. We currently do not have an option to change the max no. of attachments that can be opened. Comment from PS team:- Document Splitter (based on the same Snowbound Virtual Viewer code) does allow the number of tabs to be varied. This was at the explicit request of Lincoln Financial, who partially funded that effort. BUT, IMO many more than 15 tabs quickly becomes unmanageable from a user perspective. I believe that the count of "15" was directly ported from the desktop CV code.

add append for different data types, current there is only text and number, I think this should be expanded to all possible data types. Also a sort the collection fields, to put them into specific orders etc. These would be very handy and are simply additions

There are inbuilt Tile Libraries which i have seen in Blue Prism Analytics tab. And there is one tile library which shows the License limit and concurrent sessions but that doesn't show the above info per Digital worker. It basically displays the overall consumed license. So, I am looking for a tile library which can provide the license utilization at VM level as well which can display the concurrent sessions at VM level.

Currently it is not possible to archive audit logs. Archiving in the sense of remove logs in a structured organized way with the possibility to restore this information at a later time if needed. This feature already exists for session logs (although could be improved) but there is nothing similar for audit logs. We already have an audit log of 13 GB, by far the largest table in our DB. There is a script available that should reduce the size of audit table by removing change history details (ie object XML), which is permanent loss of audit information.

Session log viewer to have filter option to filter specific columns filters, so that's easy debug through log identify. I know search option is available but it's good to have in-built filter to show only filtered data.

Since developers should spend time to create Environment Variable descriptions in Control when they are defined (and/or updated) - it would be helpful if that definition was pulled into Data Item stages once the Environment Variable is selected in the Data Item stage. This would reduce the number of times developers must describe Environment Variables when a definition already exists in Control.
The description could be carried in as editable text in case a developer wants to edit or augment the description if required to make their logic clearer.

We have several processes that have to run when a specific action occurs. Some examples are: A file is saved in a shared folder or on an FTP server, an email is received in a specific mailbox, a record is entered in a Workqueue or in an SQL table, etc. Currently these kind of processes are scheduled to run every 5 to 15 minutes depending on the criticality of the process. That causes that we utilize blueprism resources unproductive. Mi idea is to create a functionality in blueprism where we can create different watchers that trigger a specific process schedule when those watchers identify any of those actions occur. This enhancement would help to utilized blueprism resources in a more productive way.

Set Next stage is something highly used menu item. Why don't we move it to title bar somewhere, because current UI we have a lot of empty space there to put important option directly on title and header area. Every time performing right click, find option, scroll to bottom and there the most useful button SetNextStage is. So hope this is taken under consideration .

As of now, we can set up auto force retry on exception items by increasing the retry count on queue settings. But this will force retry all exception items. I see a possibility to add some intelligence in the tool to only force retry specific exception items and not all of them. The user should have 2 options to enter keywords for Exception Type & Exception Details. So users need to configure keywords. So if BP encounters an exception item and it has a keyword match present in Exception Details then only it will force retry automatically. If there is no match in a keyword from what user set and what BP throw then there will be no auto force retry.
