We have a mix of Users who either love or are overwhelmed by Processor Workspace (as compared to Classic Workspace).  Some of our Users find Cards ability to go anywhere and not have a permanent Docking (or Pinning) Spot (for each Card on Workspace) can be overwhelming.  With an update to allow Docking (or Pinning) of Cards the Users would be able to Move and Pop out Cards (which they have with current functionality) or Dock/Pin in permanent spot to be similar to Classic depending on each Users own preference.    #ProcessorWorkspace #Cards #Chorus #DockingCards ... Currently the Work Queue Item count in Control Room shows a total count of ALL items, including item retries. This is very confusing, especially for stakeholders who do not understand how the queue management screen works. See below example: This queue has been loaded with 154 items, and then some were retried a couple of times during Testing Phase: This results in Queue management showing a total of 274 items in the queue, which is not quite true if we discard the subsequent attempts of the same item(s) - this can be shown by filtering the Item List by Attempt = 1: Can this be changed, so that the Queue Management screen can be filtered to not count each attempt separately. ... The Custom Search option for Processor Workspace is a very welcome enhancement.  However the Saved Searches show at bottom of a list and when large amount of Searches this makes Custom Searches less helpful than they should be (because need to screoll through 30+ searches to get to Custome Searches).  Could we have Custom Searches show at the top of the Search list? ... Users should have the ability to clear the value selected from a dropdown field especially from non-mandatory dropdowns if user selects a value accidentally, currently it forces user to select a value from dropdown instead leaving it as blank. After speaking with Blue Prism support I found out that they only have 32 bit installs of blue prism. This means that it can only use a max of 2/3GB of memory. This has been causing a problem with archiving larger data files from the Blue Prism logs. While building we have all logging active which means some of the sets of log data can be quite large. When trying to manually or automatically archive this data, the process fails due to not enough memory, even though more memory is available on the resource running the archiving. My suggestion is that in a later update of Blue Prism, a 64 bit process install should be available. This would allow more memory to be used, and stop our Robotics team having to rely on a Data Base Admin to archive our data for us.  If anyone has any other suggestion on how we can get around this I am happy to discuss. ... Have the ability to customize the bubbles to different LOB fields. The bubbles that are set right now are for the Process Step and the Status. The Status isn't used a lot in our processes but the queue would be very valuable to see.  Would also like to have it in all caps/uppercase like the other fields.  All information in our taglines are in caps/uppercase and it would look better if it matched or could be adjusted.  ... Enhance manual comments to allow comments to be flagged as either private/internal or public/external/global. All comments would be visible to users in Processor Workspace, but the RESTful API would be enhanced so that only comments explicitly marked as "public" would be exported via API for use in (e.g.) an external case-tracking Portal. Currently in Decipher, there is no way to adjust the column width of a table. This becomes extremely problematic when there are more than 4 or 5 columns in a table. Because you are unable to adjust the column widths, it makes it virtually impossible for a user to validate that the information has been extracted correctly. The user can't see what information is in the box because the column width is about 1 character wide. Decipher has the ability to split out the image/document into another screen and make the DFD appear on one screen but even then, the table remains small (doesn't display the length of the screen like all the fields) and also doesn't allow you to adjust the column widths. Update: In version 2.2 you can now adjust the column widths of a table but you are unable to save the widths. You should be able to adjust to a certain width so that every time you go into a document, the width of each column remains. Asking a user to do this on each document is cumbersome and tedious. ... When creating a new process or object, make the default behaviour be that the user selects a template. This will promote Best Practice, a 'house' style and discourage 'one of a kind' developments. A better password reset mechanism is needed in case the user forgets the password of the BP login. I think it would be a great idea to have an auto complete feature in the expressions editor so if you start typing a data item or collection name it will suggest options based on the already created data items or collections within your process or object. and then if you press the tab key it will auto complete the name in the editor for you. Currently in AWD 20.3 the max length of a manually created variable is limited to 75 characters.  Client has need where they enter up to a 750 character variable text that they need to be included in letter. Within Communications - Data Source Setup, created variable with field type of "textarea" but length cannot be set beyond 75 characters.  Has this been addressed in later release?
