I would like to be able to change the background color of actions. We can do this with blocks and I often place blocks around data items to label and associate them with a specific action for it's inputs/outputs. Changing the font color is somewhat helpful, but some of the colors are difficult to read. For readability, it would be nice to have the action color match the block color I use to associate all of it's data items.

It would be really helpful to support Java language. Being a Java based team for years we have a lot of web services, utility classes and applications built on java, we have challenges to integrate existing Web service and java code. Indeed time consuming to convert it to C# code to integrate SOAP or REST with Blue Prism.

The idea is to add an "edit" and "delete" option to the new "reply" functionality for a comment. The functionality would only be allowed for the user who submitted the comment or a manager to be able to edit or delete that specific comment if placed in error. This would of course keep the history of the change for audit purposes but could help prevent an error if a comment was added in error or worded incorrectly. I do enjoy the new reply feature so this would be in addition to this added functionality.

When we use the Find References functionality to search all the references for object/ process, we get the list of object/processes referencing that VBO/Process, along with view option. Clicking on View will open the process in view only mode.
View only mode has restriction, that most of menu buttons are disable in this mode. If we wanted to open the process in Edit mode, we need the location of the process. It will be better either
There should be View/Update option when showing the list of references (or)
If the full path of the Process/object is displayed either in Description column or as separate column in the list, we can navigate the path and open the objects in edit mode.

When a user is terminated from the company or transfers to another team, there is no option to terminate them in the Communications User screen. You can only Create New or Modify Existing. In addition to this, the Communications User screen (see attached) should have the ability to expand the user list box out to the right since there is all the unused real estate on the right side of the screen. A user list export functionality or way to run a report of users to audit user access would be great as well.

Currently it is not possible to archive audit logs. Archiving in the sense of remove logs in a structured organized way with the possibility to restore this information at a later time if needed. This feature already exists for session logs (although could be improved) but there is nothing similar for audit logs. We already have an audit log of 13 GB, by far the largest table in our DB. There is a script available that should reduce the size of audit table by removing change history details (ie object XML), which is permanent loss of audit information.

Having an Inbox for each of the Forms that a user has access to. Right now it's all piled into one Inbox requiring a filter for the Form Name. For each Inbox by Form, have the ability to add filters based on the fields available in the form. e.g. if a form has a Date Field, I should be able to add the Date Field as a filter and sort.

Currently when opening Help it is not possible to use the Interactive Client at the same time. Please modify the Help window so that it is not an overlay. This would allow a user to work in Blue Prism's Interactive Client while referencing the Help document.

The "show latest screen capture" is a great feature. I think it could be enhanced with a simple addition: Show the Exception Message which was triggered at the time the screenshot was taken, perhaps along the ribbon bar. For bonus points.... would it be possible to jump to the relevant screen capture directly from the Log, rather than having to find the Resource in Control Room and right click there.

Today, we can see the log of changes made to a process or object, but we can not go back to an older version if there were bad changes. A simple way to fix this would be to be able to export from the process/object version history, so it can be reimported.

I should be of great help if we could start a process asynchronously from another process. I have a usecase in which I have to start a long blueprism process from another system. If I expose this process as a WebService, Blueprism will wait the process complete before responding to the other system. If the process takes a lot of minutes to complete, this will cause a timeout error to the other system. The problem could be solved if we could call another process that could start the log process and complete without waiting the subprocess to complete. In this way we could respond to the other system that the process is started and running before the timeout occours.

Currently there is only manage credential permission in the role and permission wizzard. this provide full access to credential. In an enterprise world, some users require view only permissions.
