Currently there is no possibility to use Microsoft Edge with Office 365 environment MS Teams. Although a separate application, behaves similarly to a web browser because its framework is built on the Chromium engine, which tightly integrates with Edge. Due to this integration, BP-D blocks interaction with Teams to prevent interference, as Teams uses several web-based functions. The ideas is to allow using the whole Microsoft environment during the Desktop process running.

This idea is related to feedback received by our executive staff regarding the HUB/Interact authentication landing page. Users are finding the authentication landing screen confusing specifically the picture of the doorway. In many cases, we have been advised that users were unsure where they landed and if they were in the correct website for Interact. We would like the ability to add branding to clearly communicate that the site is for HUB/Interact and allow customer/company branding to prevent user confusion.

How can we change the setting for encryption of Email username and password? Currently when our app is connecting to email exchange server for emails it is connecting in plain text(username, password), that is in the logs of email exchange server have the id and passwords for our email boxes in plain text. We are not sending them in encrypted manner. Our application sends the username and password to exchange server with plain-text, readable format. So, is this something that we can configure from AWD console? The solution last time vendor provide for tls1.2, adding runtime parameters does not seem to handle this case. We might need a different solution or guidance to fix this issue. The Support told us that Chorus development reviewed this issue and said there isn't a setting that drives encryption for email username and password. The functionality currently does not exist. To add the functionality is considered an enhancement.

We have discovered if a user-initiated Chorus work object search is taking some time to return results, the user might again select the Search button resulting in further lookup request being initiated. Because multiple long-running lookups can then eat up a lot of system resources it has resulted in wider performance/stability issues for other users, impacting the business and reputation of the system. Although a spinning wheel is displayed the Search button control does not get disabled upon being selected, which would stop this issue from arising. Please could this be considered for a future enhancement request? Many thanks. (See INC1402966 for additional context.)

Current behavior: If you add, edit, or delete an environment variable and then navigate away to another tab (away from the System tab) without clicking Apply and then come back to the System tab and go to environment variables, you'll see that your add/edit/delete wasn't actually committed to the database. This is not a great user experience. What makes this even worse is that at least in v7.3.1, you can navigate to another part of the System tab and then come back to Environment Variables (thinking this will have refreshed them), and you'll see your updates are still there. Only when you navigate away from the System tab and come back are you able to identify that the change was discarded. I know someone who once deleted hundreds of environment variables that weren't needed anymore only to find out later that all that effort was negated because he didn't see the Apply button at the bottom right or simply forgot to click it. Suggested new behavior: As soon as you navigate away from the Environment Variables screen, a modal dialog popup should show asking whether you want to Apply changes or not. It would be awesome if it told you what environment variables are affected but that isn't a big deal to me. Secondary suggested new behavior: 6 years ago, someone made a good suggestion here, but that was back before the current version of the Blue Prism Community, so I wanted to bring it here in the Ideas section. The suggestion was to add some kind of indicator next to each environment variable that was added/updated showing that the changes have not yet been saved. I think this would be nice but isn't required, in my opinion. If this suggestion has already been made in the Ideas section here, I couldn't find it.

Work items which are stuck in infinite loops impact Chorus BPM system performance, and in some cases system stability. This issue impacts both hosted and self-hosted clients. When we see high CPU utilisation on the application and database servers, we query the WA2 BI event table to find work items which are stuck in a loop. This reactive step allows us to identify the work items which are impacting performance but doesn't address the root cause. We could like Chorus BPM design studio to identify potential infinite loops as part of process validation. The beta process test automation framework was able to identify loops. Maybe this code could be used as the basis of a solution?

Chorus is unable to store email addresses of more than 75 characters. Email standards allow for up to 320 characters in email addresses and we cannot control the addresses used by our clients/CMOs so we need Chorus to store email addresses of the full 320 characters. This is currently leading to email uploads failing silently and requires urgent remediation.

Currently when configuring a web api, the response for an action always expects the data type to be text: this proves particularly troublesome when the output is an inline image or binary file, as when such data is saved within a text variable, it cuts off some bytes during the process, rendering the content useless. Can this please be modified to allow selecting the expected data type for the response content when the payload is not in JSON format.

A manager is prompted to log separately & distinctly into AWD Admin when logged into Hub/Portal. Once that happens, they can no longer view images in Hub/Portal. In a shop where managers are working dynamically in AWD/Chorus, it is not efficient or user friendly for them to have to toggle between their Portal/Hub session where they are reviewing/approving work in queues while at the same time needing to manager their teams business area/work type/queue access to meet the needs of the workload.

Currently, for some elements spied in Web mode, the "Element Type" combo box only allows a selection limited to the type spied: This proves to be particularly troublesome when re-spying elements using "Application Navigator", as then the type selected remains the same as it was spied initially, even though the Attributes will be changed correctly. This bug is problematic especially when trying to read the contents of such elements - for example a table. Being unable to change the element type, reduces the actions available for a Read stage... and in the case of tables, does not show the "Read rows" action, unless the element was previously spied as a table. Can this please be amended, so that the "Element Type" combo box allows selecting all of the types available for the spying mode used.

Specifically we have had requests from users to be able to sort by "Queue" and according to the documentation and support, this is not possible on our end. They mentioned it is possible though by updating a sproc. So it would be nice to get some more options in the Sort By selection or get the ability to select what options we want to have in there.

Hello, after spying an element and adjusting the paramaters one wants to use the highlight option to verify the element. I suggest adding a posibillity of delayed hightlight which would mean the App modeler starts looking for the element after i.e. 10 seconds. Why we need this: For some elements like item at dropdown list it is extremely difficult to use normal highlight. I get "no element found" because you need to perform a click or two to make the element present and the app modeler gives up sooner than that. Just to be clear I'm not suggesting to replace the standard highlight, just to add this as an extra option.
