No Customer Care of JIRA ticket has been opened. The ask by Morgan Stanley is to have SS&C update Communications to use a 3 rd party certificate instead of the self-signed certificate. The Morgan Stanley CISO team believes this is a security risk and should be remediated by SS&C with either a short-term solution if we can't provide a long-term solution this year. The short-term solution could be to rotate the certificate in the SS&C Hosted environment by November 2022.
Risk - Self-signed certificates introduce a risk of server impersonation attack.
Remediation - Vendor must ensure that the certificate used for authentication is not self-signed and is actually signed by a Trusted third party Certificate Authority.
Risk- Not rotating the certificates introduces the risk of certificate keys becoming “stale” and increases the likelihood that they will be compromised or increasing the period for which compromised credentials are valid.

HI! I'm new to RPA and am working on a project that is using region mode to spy a specific place of a form. I am having some issues getting my object to be able to read the information on the form when running in production from bp. If I remote into the machine the process works great however once we run on virtual all exceptions. Exception is it now cannot find that part of the form. Thoughts on how to fix or different ways to spy?

Being able to delete cases if needed (like duplicates). I think these drop off after 7 days, but the ability to delete would be nice to have.

I do understand firms trying to sell their services by sharing objects on Digital Exchange. But there are many "Download Links" redirecting to firm's websites where you can get that VBO shown on DE, only if you hire their services. In the DX Private, I understand that the idea is for a few individuals in a company (Account Owners / DX Leads) to select which assets should be made available to the company's RPA developers. Unfortunately, there is no way to select all of the existing assets (and then maybe deselecting a few which are undesired), so it's quite cumbersome to add all assets to the DX Private. Furthermore, the sorting only works on the asset name and not for example on the company name, which would allow me to easily find all the assets from e.g. Blue Prism and curate these for my developers.... I also couldn't find the MS Word extended VBO from Blue Prism in the list of assets to be curated, could it be that the list of assets here is not in sync with the list of assets in the "public" DX?

There is a problem with Blue Prism ver 6.4.2 that the combo box is not recognized as a combo box, and clicking on an item in HTML mode cannot select it.

Hace poco me observaron a un bot que hice porque llenaba mucho la base de datos, especificamente en la tabla de Tags. Seria bueno que Blue Prism no guarde por defecto los errores que se marcan en la cola como detalle en los tags, ya que duplica el mismo mensaje y llena la base de datos con tags que no son importantes.
