When a user is working on a transaction and the transaction is at a status that is routed to LASTOPER the work item will be in the user's personal queue. If the user redirects the work item (without changing the status), the work item will be redirected properly to the redirect user's personal queue. However, when the redirect user updates anything on the work item (and does not change the BA, WT, or Status), the work item is moved to the previous user's personal queue (the redirecting user's personal queue). In addition, if work is redirected to a user's personal queue, and another user makes an update to one of the fields on the form for that item, that work item is removed from the personal queue and the worklist of the original user. The work item should remain in the personal queue even with an update to a field value. This request is in reference to ticket number CS0015912 and AWD-47732.

idea is to add functionality in schedule management
for example schedule has 4 tasks several processes in sequence to run
there is no easy way to stop the next tasks
currently, you need to wait in concentration as the task is over and you need to put the vdi on some process to block it, if there is not an interval between tasks time enough it is difficult to realize it

WS are vital in integration, lacking native supports for REST causing delay in developing. Below enhancement will be very helpful. 1. Option to generate Proxy client from WSD file, instead limiting it with only WSDL URL. (Most dev environment the SSL certificates are self signed or invalid) 2. SOAP client be configurable to follow redirects (https://community.blueprism.com/question/web-service-training-exercise-1#422b207d-00a7-4297-8f5a-bfd7519d1ccf) 3. Allow Java/Jar based WS integration. being a Java based team , we have a lot of WS integration developed using Java. Since BP doesn't support java Lang we are redeveloping in C# to integrate it natively. It would really beneficial to provide us java support or workaround.

Testing Blue Prism Decision it showed an error message. Something like "Something went wrong" was too vague. If I were a customer, I wouldn't know what to do. It would be nice to have Error Message and Diagnosis manual, which helps save troubleshooting time.

No Customer Care of JIRA ticket has been opened. The ask by Morgan Stanley is to have SS&C update Communications to use a 3 rd party certificate instead of the self-signed certificate. The Morgan Stanley CISO team believes this is a security risk and should be remediated by SS&C with either a short-term solution if we can't provide a long-term solution this year. The short-term solution could be to rotate the certificate in the SS&C Hosted environment by November 2022.
Risk - Self-signed certificates introduce a risk of server impersonation attack.
Remediation - Vendor must ensure that the certificate used for authentication is not self-signed and is actually signed by a Trusted third party Certificate Authority.
Risk- Not rotating the certificates introduces the risk of certificate keys becoming “stale” and increases the likelihood that they will be compromised or increasing the period for which compromised credentials are valid.

Data Formatting: Add a bank of regular expressions for use instead of having to google it. So we drag in the expression for formatting this to a phone number and then do the function.

Create auto loop function available in services and press flows: • A separate function, where a user could drag over the loop function and pass it an array. • Then it would iterate through the array until it got to the last item. • Other operations in the function could be like Continue and Break. • Continue would move on to the next item in the array and break would break out of the loop • Tangent thought to that would be to allow for creating a variable which is an array type and allow for building arrays ourselves, rather than having to rely on arrays from web service responses.

Have the ability to have work automatically unlock or reinstate the ability to give user access to management to unlock work – we hear about this often that late in the day a user will be gone and locked to item and then we have to submit a ticket to AWD customer center for item to be unlocked.
