I enrolled for a couple of training long time ago but never managed to even start most of them. I just kept adding them as I thought they are interesting. Now when i look at my courses I see two pages of courses that are already archived by the system but are shown as 'in-progress' or 'enrolled' to me. It would be nice to have the option to delete/remove courses from my My Activities list. I guess it would not be so relevant to see if I attended a BP training two year ago anyways.

Dark mode in Decipher IDP is most welcomed.

Would be nice to have a possibility to group work queues in case there is more than one work queue for a process or there is a wish to split by countries etc. The work queue list is getting too big when there are more processes developed.

There are a lot of companies relying on the digital worker to get data from invoices, other PDF documents and there are no in built actions available for pdf automation, which are present in other RPA softwares which they are taking advantage, i would be really helpful if a set of actions are added to Blue prism which deals with the PDF automation.

Currently Blue Prism can only be deployed on an MS SQL Server instances, and the recommended version is Enterprise which comes at quite a high price tag, making it expensive for smaller deployments, and/or smaller companies wanting to use Blue Prism. As the times are changing and a lot of non-enterprise companies are looking to streamline their operations and automate their processes, a high deployment cost (and maintenance) for infrastructure is often viewed as a blocker. This being said... can you please add support for PostgreSQL as well as MySQL databases for the Blue Prism DB Server?

I would like to have ability to recognize text with different orientation. For example: I have a scan of passport (Russia). Most of the information is located horizontally, but passport's number is located vertically. I can extract all information manually: 1) Decipher extracts all horizontally information automatically 2) I make a copy, rotate it 90 degrees and merge original version with copy 3) I extract passport's number from copy manually But I would like to extract all data with Decipher automatically?

Provide a vault, website, or repository for Blue Prism users to access their Control Room data; process logs / logging, queue data, all session data. Currently, any "Controller" can access the Control Room and view all processes session logs. This poses a risk as process logs can contain sensitive data. Turning Verbose Logging off, or setting it to errors only is the workaround this issue, however this makes the developer's and business's troubleshooting and automation maintenance tasks extremely difficult. Queue data is also visible for all Controllers in the Control Room. Queue data can also contain sensitive data. We would like access to this data to be restricted, if not entirely removed from the control room. This data could later be accessed in a vault or repository that Blue Prism would provide.

Hi All, As we all know, most of the question or discussions raised by fellow community members are already present in the pool of answers. It would be great of we can have a dedicated section in community portal for frequently asked questions (ordering learning edition, resetting login password etc..)so that any one can look for their answers here as a first preference instead of posting a fresh thread. They can post a new thread if dont find their required inputs/resolution.

The count of components depending on Message Broker RabbitMQ is growing. At the time of writing I know of the following components.
Blue Prism Hub/Interact
Blue Prism Decipher IDP
Even if there is some documentation on RabbitMQ.com I found not much documentation from Blue Prism. There is some very basic information in the installation guides of Hub/Interact and Decipher. But I miss the bigger picture and a focus on security. Please consider to add documentation that can give answers to the following questions.
Is it recommended or even viable to share one RabbitMQ server instance in a BPA environment with Decipher and Hub/Interact? (Currently the installation guide only describes from the perspective of the component, not seeing the big picture.)
Does RabbitMQ offer Active Directory Intergration with SSO (without providing username and password, direct passthrough)?
Is it really needed to use RMQ management plugin to operate a RabbitMQ server instance?
Which operating system (Windows or Linux) is best to be chosen for RabbitMQ?
Are there any restrictions when preferring Windows over Linux?
What about Authentication and Authorization?
Is it recommended or even viable to use a technical service domain user account, and if yes how?
Can/should guest user (default Admin account !) be deactivated before installation, and if yes how?
What about encryption?
Is encryption needed, recommended, and if yes which is supported and how does it interoperate with the Blue Prism components?
Is there professional support available, and if yes will it be provided by Blue Prism or someone else?

This can be a future enhancement to Decipher. We can add a dedicated email ID for each Decipher instance where if a user can directly send documents to that mailbox. And then Blueprism/Decipher would trigger automatically and process document and keep export-ready.

Currently the Decipher.DLL need to be copied manually to the Blue Prism Automate base directory. It would be great if the Decipher.DLL would be already there by default.

Note from Michael Lowe @ BP: This I not really a problem with wait stages as Blue Prism naturally iterates through the DOM repeatedly looking for the element (for the allotted period of time). However with reads, writes and navigates it will only attempt it once (throwing the classic element not found error if the element doesn’t exist). Possibly having these stages try a couple of times automatically would resolve this issue, but that’s not the way the product works right now. I will raise it as a product suggestion which will get considered for a future development. This was in response to our continued problems with Invocation errors on Edge/V6.9

The VFL is not very readable, when compared to BP code, and without the ability to comment your VFL code it could easily become a support headache in the future. It would be really useful to be able to comment/annotate the VFL code when adding in formulas within Decipher IDP so that others know exactly what your code is meant to be doing.

Can we extend our Excel VBO to have CSV to Excel conversion action . Its a common action and have seen widely getting used for many business processses and companies. I do know the indirect way of converting it in Blue prism by importing and using save as or changing code stage . Though i feel having a direct action in VBo itself can be a cheery for everyone ,

Currently, Decipher is browser-based. We can make it a standalone application. Same as what Blue Prism did with the Capture tool.

I think it will be very useful for Business perspective if there is a feature which shows the number of downloads of an Asset that is published on DX.

Current Decipher VBO - Next Completed Batch action returns the oldest Batch from RabbitMQ and once the batch is retrieved from RMQ the record is deleted. It would be good to be able to retrieve a specific Batch from Rabbit MQ by specifying the Batch ID as an input parameter on the Next Completed Batch action. A specific batch could then be targeted by a virtual worker based on a Batch ID which could help open up additional Decipher use cases.

Currently if a submitted batch requires verification the document is held at a 'verification required' stage and the batch cannot be progressed without manual verification.
It would be good if the Decipher VBO could be enhanced to allow a virtual worker to retrieve any verification issues and assign exceptions or correct issues automatically if appropriate. E.g. If a document submitted does not have a mandatory field populated then instead of stopping the batch progressing until manual intervention occurs allow a virtual worker to handle the verification instead of having to rely on manual intervention. The virtual worker could then set an exception on the batch, allow data capture to still take place and move any failed document in the batch to a new 'Failed Verification' work queue that can be managed outside any current processing.
