the idea is to be able to run the selected task in the scheduler without having to change it in the head scheduler window example: existing schedule has 4 task, I would like to run 3 task (run now) currently this cannot be accomplished by clicking run now - you have to modify the entire schedule and then you have to restore schedule to factory settings after start desired task going further, there can be several machines in the schedule and if you want to run only one because the rest are running and this one had a termination, you can't do that either I am currently working on BP version 6.10.1 ... This currently takes us much longer to do development than what would be the norm.  Data Source names to be sorted, especially when you have maybe 80-100 variables to be mapped. Please reference screen shots below for specific example from T. Rowe Price. I have few business cases when I think will be good to improve scheduler process. 1st Case Bot should work every 5 minutes, but only during first 5 days in the month, every month. Business days are calculated based on USA calendar. Bot is now in deployment process and first run will be in May. 2, Case - main rule is that bot should work every 1h during first 5 Business days every month, but there are some months that should work few additional dates (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct). this is done manually , but based on Polish calendar 3rd case - again every 5 minutes within below days. The idea is to add an "edit" and "delete" option to the new "reply" functionality for a comment.  The functionality would only be allowed for the user who submitted the comment or a manager to be able to edit or delete that specific comment if placed in error.  This would of course keep the history of the change for audit purposes but could help prevent an error if a comment was added in error or worded incorrectly.  I do enjoy the new reply feature so this would be in addition to this added functionality.   ... Due to screen scrolling within Case Management, we demonstrated selecting preferences to show or not show certain Activity Feed elements to client (e.g., Case Events, Task Events, etc).  Client tried and reported that preferences were not being saved and would have to be reset each time.  Additionally they requested saving their preference of having the Activity Feed open or collapsed as well. Found AWD-22913 - Ability to save user preferences for the activity feed settings. Their users always change their activity feed settings to remove system generated messages. They have to do this each time they log on since it doesn’t persist. This Jira AWD-22913 does not specifically mention having the Activity Feed preference of collapsed or not collapsed, but would like to report this as another preference that needs to be saved. ... Currently in 20.3 when creating a new Case or Task then it requires user to select their name to complete. It is desired that the user ID be defaulted to the person creating the Case.  Same issue when Task is created. CASE: When creating a new Case, user is presented with Owner Type and Owner to complete. Owner Type is default to User but the user entering the Case must find their name in drop-down list to create.  Request is to default to the user that is creating the Case.  This will carry over to the Task which is what occurs today. TASK: When creating a new task for a case, then have the same issue.  You are prompted with several fields with Owner Type and Owner being required. Currently, security events such as logins, invalid passwords etc are stored disparately within the Chorus database and log files. It would be beneficial for these event types to be able to be streamed from Chorus to systems such as Kafka.  Event types (not exhaustive) are: Logon/logoff Failed logon attempts Password changes Account creation & deletions Account (un)lock & disables Security group changes The benefit of this would be that the events can be combined with data from surrounding/integrated systems to provide a more complete security picture in SIEM applications to flag security events such as breaches, unauthorised access etc., which would then enable a forensic record of all security events. ... Description -  Dynamic Forms - Select box doesn't display values from mapped web service response As per the dev console screenshot provided, it lists down the array results correctly. But for some reason, those are not displayed correctly on a select box of dynamic form. PFA the process package and the automation service triggered from Dynamic Form. Please note that you will have to create an AWD Option PLSECQNS and its values in Admin (you can use any dummy values) as per the screenshot. Please let me know if you need more information from me. Steps to Recreate -  1. Created a dynamic form (PLSECQN1) 2. Created an automation service to call getOptionByWildcard soap webservice and stored the response into a custom array. 3. Mapped the automation service (which uses Data Service to get AWD Option values & descriptions) on click of custom button and the output the automation service to the Select box of the dynamic form. Attached the screenshot for reference. 4. Name of the presentation flow is DynamicFormExample with Webservices in which dynamic form is used. 5. When the process is run, the select box displayed is blank. However, I can see that web service call is being executed successfully in the dev console. Attached the screenshot for reference.
