In Blue Prism Decipher IDP v1.2 you need to turn on every process module in the workflow configuration to be able to modify all related role settings. If a process module is turned off the related role is not available for setting. Already set roles are visible, but can not be changed. This behavior is unexpected and adds no value to the product. But it makes usual sysadmins work more complicated and adds additional effort to your customers, like investigating this confusing behavior and switching on/off process modules in workflow configuration to be able to adjust roles in user and user group settings. And on top of all, two process modules (Classification, Class verify) are turned off by default for no obvious reason. Please decouple user and user group settings from the process module settings in the workflow configuration. When housekeeping some of our older objects, it's easy to get rid of the code, but very difficult to tidy up the Application Modeller. The Error report will give you a warning for each Element which isn't used, but this can be very time consuming on larger objects to find the element to delete. If there was a way any unused/unreferenced elements could be highlighted within the Application modeller (different colour text or an icon maybe), this would make housekeeping much easier. ... When you are running several resources I find that I would want to add a comment in resource management that can show up in control room. Great way to comment on which resources are installed with which software, for example. Grouping can provide some of this, but sometimes you would need further information on which resource is meant to do what. I realize that if a Web API Services call results in a HTTP status code 500 (5xx even, probably) it throws an exception.  I would like to actually receive the data from the request no matter if it's a 500 or whatever status code is returned. Sometimes you actually want to process and respond to the codes yourself. Sometimes even code 500 can be programmed to return something to parse. Best way to provide backwards combability would be to add an option to a web service call to not throw an exception, if this option is turned on as default, nothing will break at an upgrade. ... I would like to improve the logging in Blue Prism. I'd rather see that there were the log levels emergency, critical, alert, error, warning, debug, informational, and notice, which is one of the most normal set. These levels should be able to be set on each stage, and then on object and/or process level, you can set which level should be logged, and therefore changed by just altering this value, which stages is logged. By this, we could easily have a fine level of logging on development and debugging, while on normal runs, we could set this on only emergency or critical to lower logging volumes. ... View more

It would be great if there was a function to allow you to view what logging level each stage had, without having to click into each one separately (or work your way through the logs after testing). Was thinking something along the lines of a colour coding of the icons, maybe a small coloured dot in the corner, with a different colour for Enabled/Log Errors Only.
