When we push a process (via release) to another environment the Edit Summary property only says "process overwritten by importing release".  I would like to see a way that we can set this propery so that it accurately reflects the description of the changes.   3 potential solutions: Allow this field to be editable so that we can change it in the control room When a process is imported have the field transfer from whatever the summary was in the process before it was exported When adding a process (or object) to a package allow for the user to input the description that will follow that process/object to be seen in the Edit summary properties of the environment it is exported to ... Currently when we have system upgrades & downtime we have to remember to retire our processes so that they don't try to run whilst those systems are unavailable. It would be handy as we often know in advance when these system downtimes are - and they are usually out of hours so we sometimes retire a process a few hours before downtime is set to begin missing out on time we could have used to process cases. Hi BP Team,  When looking at any process it would be nice to see some indication that a published process has dependencies pending review and need to be published/approved. It can be hard to remember every time you may need to publish new dependencies.  So almost like a warning signal, red icon beside the process or anything really that makes it clear to the user that you have a published process that have dependencies that need to published.  To go further if it could tell you what the dependencies are and publish them all at once would be cool.  Thank you,  ... Hi BP Team, The ability to select and mark multiple queue items as exception. Not having this option was a bit of a surprise. What happens if you need to mark a huge volume of items? I had to already and it took long. The data provided to the queue was bad so I could not retry and didn't have much of an option.  There should be an option to make changes to multiple items on a page regardless of the status.  Having to do one at a time when you have a large volume items isn't practical.  The items also can't remain in a pending state because then the DW will pick them up.  Along with that, an option to empty a work queue would also be nice. Currently renaming user roles in Blue Prism is only possible by mouse click.  It should be possible to use Windows standard [F2]-key for renaming user role names (similar as it is already possible in Studio with folder/group names). Some user pefer to not have the thumbnail pop-up everytime a new images comes up. It would be great to add an option under the User Preference to turn the Thumbnail off at the user level and keep the setting until it's change meaning not have it turn on the next time CV is open either on the next transaction or next day.  Using the shortcut of ALT + U is great but we also need to option to turn the option off by default and use the short cut when we need to see it.    ... There are a few things that need to be improved in the studio just for development easiness. 1:- Studio look and feel must be improved. 2:- While connecting two stages in Blue prism there should be an option just to click so that they will connect by an arrow or by a mouse hover we can get that arrow. Like we used to get the option in VISIO or draw.io 3:- The developer should be able to resize all the stages by selecting on time. Right now you can only assign an approver as either a single individual or as any approver. This approach does not work if you have different users for different types of approvals.
