Currently, the Launch action only provides the tracking ID as an output, which in some instances can be helpful, however this has quite a limited scope. It would be very useful (and it's not complicated to do) if the Launch action would also output the Process ID (PID). After migrating from Java Content Viewer to HTML Content viewer our clients are complaining that the font size and in particular font color is difficult to read.  I confirmed a standard AWD/Rip report displays in dark black text when viewed in Java Content Viewer but is light grey in HTML Content Viewer. User IDs are limited to 8 uppercase characters, and we cannot re-use them once a person leaves as their history is linked to the userid. There is an option to delete a user but it doesn't seem to do anything with the history associated with that user. It would be nice to be able to delete a user and dis-associate that userid from all history linked to that userid so that the userid can be re-used, while retaining the history and ability to investigate past actions of that user. ... Currently, there are a variety of Chorus-specific button options in UX Builder, including Save, Cancel, and Submit. We really need a Clear option.  Clear should empty any data collected on the associated Form Project. We recently upgraded to Chorus BPM v 24.1.0.3. We now have the ability to adjust the columns in Chorus History. The enhancements to this window come with one cost: Short comments are fine. Comments that are separated by frequent Enter breaks are fine. But, if the comments are one long block of text it is hard, if not impossible sometimes, to move the column enough to see everything. Our request is that comments wrap within the Chorus History window regardless of the width of the column so that users who prefer to view comments in the History window can view all comments on one screen. ... It would be a great addition if it where possible to see the changes between processes/objects that are part of a release in the Release Manager Windows. Currently, there is no way of seeing the contents/changes of a release while importing it into the Prod Environment. When importing a release you go through a number of windows, such the logging information and the overwrite questions. I would like to see an additional step here. Similar to comparing versions of a process/object in the studio. It would be helpful to have this option when importing a release. I understand that when importing, the actual process/object is not in the DB yet en and Compare function works by comparing to versions in the DB. However, I am sure it should be possible to works this out, for instance by importing it, then give the release manager the option to view the differences and then actually commit them. I wanted to propose an idea for improving the user experience in AWD/Chorus. Specifically, I think it would be incredibly helpful to introduce a preview feature for documents, similar to how you can hover to preview comments. This could allow users to quickly view the contents of a document by hovering over it without having to click on it. It appears that Latest version of Blue Prism allows for use of Python as the language inside the VBO Code Stage. However this support stops at version 3.11 of Python. We have already started deploying versions of Python that are higher than that (v3.13). Given that the Python community keeps moving forward with newer versions of Python, it would make sense for this feature in Blue Prism to also advance accordingly.  Please put on the road map of enhancements to include latest stable versions of Python not to limit the usage of this excellent enhancement to the Blue Prism capabilities.   ... Work items which are stuck in infinite loops impact Chorus BPM system performance, and in some cases system stability.   This issue impacts both hosted and self-hosted clients. When we see high CPU utilisation on the application and database servers, we query the WA2 BI event table to find work items which are stuck in a loop.   This reactive step allows us to identify the work items which are impacting performance but doesn't address the root cause. We could like Chorus BPM design studio to identify potential infinite loops as part of process validation.   The beta process test automation framework was able to identify loops.  Maybe this code could be used as the basis of a solution? ...
