Hi All, With MV3 introduced in chromium and discontinuation of Internet Explorer, moving automation to Chrome or Edge was a solution. What I see is, you do not have Global Mouse Click (Center) option - even though we have Global Mouse Hover. I am not a fan of UI Spying for time delays and I love how quick is XPATH, but currently I have to - Activate Window Focus Element Send Global Key Events - {ENTER} A Global Mouse Click (Center) is what is needed to Click and Element and also fire events. If an alternative/work around is available, please comment here and share with larger group.

I think there should be a community edition/Trial version of all product like decipher or interact to learn and dig into that product. That will help to learn the platform and will increase the interest of learning.

I would like to improve the logging in Blue Prism. I'd rather see that there were the log levels emergency, critical, alert, error, warning, debug, informational, and notice, which is one of the most normal set. These levels should be able to be set on each stage, and then on object and/or process level, you can set which level should be logged, and therefore changed by just altering this value, which stages is logged. By this, we could easily have a fine level of logging on development and debugging, while on normal runs, we could set this on only emergency or critical to lower logging volumes.

When looking at the contents of aWork queue in Control room, you can do quite ok filtering on most columns. But not on the first column showing the item state, i.e. Pending/Locked/Completed/Exception. Here, I am at most time wanting to show all non finished, the union of Locked and Pending at the same time. At other times, I want to investigate on all finished items, the union of Completed and Exception. Could you please add the possibility to filter on Finished and Non-Finished as well as the four normal states?

At this moment there is no possibility to segregate users in Decipher based on some restrictions. Therefore all business users created in Decipher can see all documents. This is not sufficient for certain confidential documents. The requirement would be - more granular user permissions based around Document Types.

Hi Team, Blue Prism has a very good option for comparing blue prism versioning for saved/updated/ imported releases or changes. This would be great idea and enhancement to blue prism that if we could provide Versioning integration capabilities to Github as we all aware that Github is widely used as Code repository across the industry. Web services provided by other systems can be integrated as actions to Blue Prism. This integration provides status code and return values... but only when the request was successful. In case the request fails no information is available but exception details only. Information such as status code has to be parsed manually from the exception details text. The idea is to not raise a critical exception when the request fails but utilize the existing action return values (status code, message, ...) to pass through the information coming from the web service. An option is to add a flag similar to what is available in File Management VBO that either have an exception raised or 'ignores' the error and provides the structures response of the service provider

Can we have an option to view a new process/object without actually importing to our BP database ? Many times we just want to explore some new Dx VBO/Skill/Process without intending to use it in development . This is not possible without importing the process/object first . This creates a long list in studio of the processes/objects which we just imported out of curiosity or review purposes. As of Blue Prism Hub 4.6.0, having multiple users with the same email is not supported and is explicitly prevented by Blue Prism Hub with an error being thrown. There are valid circumstances under which multiple user accounts may have the same email, for example, a user having one account for non-admin access, and one for admin access. We do this today with the Blue Prism Application itself without issue, but are unable to integrate Hub, Auth server, and thus API into this approach due to this limitation preventing use of different accounts with the same email. In addition, Active Directory does not treat the mail attribute as unique or a primary identifier, so multiple users can have the same email without issue. If this is merely an arbitrary limitation the idea would be that the check is removed or configurable. If Blue Prism uses it determine uniqueness or for lookup, the idea would then be to use something else that should be truly unique, such as the username.

The current match types available to Element attributes in the application modeller include that of wildcards and reg ex’s, primarily designed for usage on Text, Value or other string-based attributes. I am looking to get that capability extended to X Paths/HTML Paths and Element ID’s/Web Class. At this moment in time, the use of wildcards only covers a low number of Path levels such as final element identifiers (Button) or sub final DIV’s; does not allow for full Reg Ex’s or Wildcards to be used on every layer of the HTML code and Reg Ex’s are very hit and miss when it comes to applying them to HTML Paths.
The usage of wildcards and Reg Expressions does cause an Invocation error when utilising the Chrome Plug in, so any improvement on the true error thrown, for issue resolution purposes would also be a bonus.
Reason for Request –
A scenario whereby the need to have dynamic Path finding for buttons within our application has arisen, due to multiple layered buttons of the same type being available. The use of inferior interaction methods such as UIA, AA or simplified Browser attributes produces a slow and cumbersome interaction time, reducing our process benefit and having the capability of Reg Ex and Wildcard at all levels of HTML Paths will significantly improve the performance of our automation.

We have different Business Areas who like their users to get different amount of work while they use get work (work select). Currently this is a global setting. We like to have the ability to set the count per work group or Business Area/WorkType. Another setting is release on log off that would be helpful to follow similar path.

In the release notes of every blue prism version you can find fixes and changes. That's fine if you want to look backwards only. But normally a release has to be kept for some time and needs a valid decision. There is no list of open unfixed bugs and issues. But especially that list would be very helpful for platform operators to verify which version will be the next release candidate for rollout. Example Use Case: If there were such an information about the broken Scheduler in v5.0.18 we would have skipped that version. Without the information we stepped into that trap. 😞 So please publish a list with all known open issues. As minimum information it should contain the following columns:
Unique Reference Number (ticket number or bug number or ...)
Affected Blue Prism Version (ie: 5.0.18, ...)
Impact to the business (for example: Scheduler unusable)
Status [new, confirmed, fix planned (with target version/date), won't be fixed (with reason why not), fixed (with traget version), ...]
The list should be searchable and filterable. Thanks in advance

The "Select" list option on Form are not displaying to the user as alphabetized or in numerological order. The form "Select" lists are displaying exactly how it is built on the back end. Hoping to get the list items moveable on the design side so the lists do not need to be completely rebuilt when needing to reorder the way the list displays to the user. Provide the report for list of fields that has not been extracted by decipher or had validation error. This will help the end users to analyze which fields are getting captured and corresponding training can be done in the lower environment.

Currently the only way to access Doc Splitter is to use the Action Menu option. As it is often part of the flow within a process, it would be ideal to have the same feature available as a button on the form of a work item
