This can be a future enhancement to Decipher. We can add a dedicated email ID for each Decipher instance where if a user can directly send documents to that mailbox. And then Blueprism/Decipher would trigger automatically and process document and keep export-ready.

I would like to have ability to recognize text with different orientation. For example: I have a scan of passport (Russia). Most of the information is located horizontally, but passport's number is located vertically. I can extract all information manually: 1) Decipher extracts all horizontally information automatically 2) I make a copy, rotate it 90 degrees and merge original version with copy 3) I extract passport's number from copy manually But I would like to extract all data with Decipher automatically?

Hello There, We are following federated operating model for RPA where operation team owned the shared BOT BAU. We are scheduling BOTs from 4:30 AM to 11:00 PM and team got the work from access to monitor the BOTs. We have faced some application related upgrades and adhoc pop ups due to BOT terminated. We have closed all the active windows and restart the VM to keeps BOTs back on track. I would like to suggest here if we have live snapshot of runtime machines in the control room similar to how we access through VNC or RDP. it will be very help full specifically this work from situation. Consider introducing Inheritance concepts for Objects and Processes. Imagine developing Processes for delivering products or services to Amazon, Target, Walmart and more. The process is the same, but implementation and details vary. Today, we have to create "Main Process" and add switches to go to a particular Customer Sub Process or Page. What would be nice is to ensure that Customer Sub Processes follow Main Process Interface and are called dynamically. This way we don't have to change and retest Main Process, just the new Sub Process.
Another example: Blue Prism is used for Employee offboarding. Traditional way would be to call a process for each system to perform offboarding from the main process. Now imagine that the Company added a new system to it's portfolio and we need to update offboarding process. Not only we need to design a new BP offboarding Process, but we also need to update Main process to include new system in Offboarding process.
I'm proposing to allow main process to call other processes dynamically based on configuration or other conditions, so when changes come Main process does not need testing.
Main process call to supporting processes would look something like:
For Each p in processList
Call p

Dears We recolect some suggestions that we think are nice to have: Include a screenshot of the screen in VBO to be able to identify easier which screen is the one being robotized Add the possibility to indicate the proxy address within the REST API and its credentials Execution of exhibited processes / objects by invoking the machine pool or using a balancer (currently it is necessary to know the specific resource to use it) •Report of the VBOs and the screens automated with it •Modification of environment variables through REST interface •Improved search times for elements in applications whose tree is very large, mainly detected in applications built in java. The deeper in the element tree and more inside, the more the performance deteriorates, taking about 2 minutes to find the element. ‘Concatenate’ processes that at the scheduled time cannot be executed if the machine is not available, so that those executions are not lost Improved management of interactive client logs to avoid system out of memory, especially when archiving Alerting: notification via email or other channels KR

Right now, licenses are added up and shareable for every Runtime Resource, but it would be nice to be able to control of assignment of license to specific Runtime Resources via schedules because sometimes schedules conflict with each other and it would be better to make sure the assignment of licenses to some schedule.

Create and manage Blue Prism users through command line options. Currently it is impossible to handle Blue Prism users in non-domain joined environment other than logging into the GUI and manually doing necessary modifications per every user. Environment were domain join is not possbie e.g. due to Blue Prism does not support trusts, handling users becomes very complicated and slow process very quickly.

If we get the name of the exe or process when we spy the element it will be useful for developers. For Example, if i am working on SAP application and i have to save as a document into PDF, here save as dialogue should be attached with different business object, it is tough to find what is the process name of the save as dialogue. So if we have a attribute or information while spying that what is the process name blueprism is trying to spy it will be very useful for the developers.

Recently i have used Amazon Textract VBO from BP DX. So as BP control room have credentials section with restrictions for access for selected user roles, processes and machines etc. But it does not provide access for selected business objects. And hence using Get Credentials action in Amazon Textract Basic business object; it cannot access my credentials for AWS subscription stored in Credentials section in Control Room. So Get Credentials action used in any Business Object must access credentials stored in Blue Prism Control Room.

Users should be able to construct separate Queues in Decipher IDP and be able to send documents from one queue to the other (manually from the Decipher console as well as through the blue prism) based on certain circumstances and rules that can be specified in the queue configuration within Decipher.
For example, if the invoice amount exceeds $10,000, I want the document to be routed to a specified queue. As a result, organizations can allocate team members to the queue for human verification. In the current configuration, Decipher will mark this invoice as an exception putting an end to workflow. This item will now require manual work and cannot be automated.
Also, the blue prism can use these Queues to route documents from one queue to the other queue based on rule validations.
This type of queue-based system is critical for enterprise-scale OCR solutions, as it will allow enterprises to separate documents based on scenarios and assign unique human-in-the-loop roles to each Queue.

I know that we've changed export format from BP 6.6 to optimize export file. As a IT product vendor, I don't think it's good to delete old export format functions and replace them with new format... Could you please add old export format mode?

The release manager is good, but not very practical. I my workflow I would find it much easier to be able to right click a process, and the choose "export with release manager". I would then like to be able to include all objects, credentials and all other items to which to process depends. If I don't want to include some part, I'll just deselect that box. As of now, I find it hard to get an overview of which objects (etc.) that I need to export with the process.

It can be difficult and confusing to follow the execution stack in textual way as presented in execution logs. It would greatly improve readability if calls and executions could be collapsed and expanded to provide abstraction and drill-down function. Super extra would be to present those levels in visually. Similar to process/VBO workflows but since it is chronologically there will be only one line of execution.

Hi All, As we all know, most of the question or discussions raised by fellow community members are already present in the pool of answers. It would be great of we can have a dedicated section in community portal for frequently asked questions (ordering learning edition, resetting login password etc..)so that any one can look for their answers here as a first preference instead of posting a fresh thread. They can post a new thread if dont find their required inputs/resolution.

For the content on the Digital Exchange which is merely a link to an external source - such as to github - it would be nice to remove the login requirements, as it is merely an extra annoying step to get to something that is already open to the public.

I would like to be able to see the number of successful cases worked and the number of exceptions raised against each session in the control room. This would make it easier to monitor from an Admin point of view - rather than having to check each queue for new additions, or have emails on completion telling me how many of each has been done, I can just look in the control room, see it's completed and the summary of cases worked.
