Work items which are stuck in infinite loops impact Chorus BPM system performance, and in some cases system stability.   This issue impacts both hosted and self-hosted clients. When we see high CPU utilisation on the application and database servers, we query the WA2 BI event table to find work items which are stuck in a loop.   This reactive step allows us to identify the work items which are impacting performance but doesn't address the root cause. We could like Chorus BPM design studio to identify potential infinite loops as part of process validation.   The beta process test automation framework was able to identify loops.  Maybe this code could be used as the basis of a solution? ... It appears that Latest version of Blue Prism allows for use of Python as the language inside the VBO Code Stage. However this support stops at version 3.11 of Python. We have already started deploying versions of Python that are higher than that (v3.13). Given that the Python community keeps moving forward with newer versions of Python, it would make sense for this feature in Blue Prism to also advance accordingly.  Please put on the road map of enhancements to include latest stable versions of Python not to limit the usage of this excellent enhancement to the Blue Prism capabilities.   ... In Processor Workspace, our usrs have found that the SUSPEND menu action doesn't close a case card.  When a user suspends a case from the drop-down menu in an open case card, the card is left open. Steps to Reproduce 1) Logs on to Processor 2) Opens a case 3) Clicks the ellipses in the upper left corner, & choses the “Suspend” menu action. 4) The “Suspend” card will open. The user enters suspend information & clicks Suspend/Release (or Suspend).   In either situation (suspend or suspend/release), the case is suspended (good) – but the case card is not closed.  It is preferred to close the case card upon issuing a suspend action, much like it has done in the Classic workspace. ref CS0044692     ...   Regarding the warning message of file size being too large, I noticed that the message does not appear at the beginning of the file upload process. It only appears after the AWD has attempted to upload the file for 2-3 mins. Additionally, the message does not clearly state that the system error is caused by the file size exceeding 25MB.   Could we implement the warning message without the 2-3 minute wait? Today Image Retrieval throws an error retrieving sources created with 'screen image capture (PNG format).' Sources must be all PDF or all TIFF. Our organization sets most GDL mime type files to open in HTML Content Viewer (Word, Excel, PDF).  We appreciate all images opening in tabs within HTML CV rather than downloading the files and having multiple native applications open in separate windows. We do have one issue:  When HTML CV fails to display a file we have no way to view it.  We need a way to download the file when HTML CV is unable to display the image / file. This can similar to how HTML CV handles unknown file types or password protected files.  A prompt opens allowing the user to download the file. Regarding EQM inbound email contents, our client found that when the email body has over 10k chars, those content length after 10k will be truncated. This is confirmed with development team on the limitation. Our client needs a search of Ref id in the email body text, so that the workflow logic will link the email in source to the work with same Ref id. In the case when email go back and forth, it will become a long email thread. This long email body text has been truncated and unable to return the Ref id for further processing. The search drop down list within Processor Workspace is forced to be in alphabetical order. We are given the ability to specify the order that lookups are in within the LOOKUP resource parameters list, so the drop down should obey this order. Within Chorus BPM Designer, Timers functionality/configuration, allow for designers to utilize a date (and or date/time) value to set the timer expiry. Currently allows for setting the duration integer (number of days, hours, or minutes only) via literal date/time or variable data source. We'd like the option to  show / bypass the quality subsystem at the form level.  This allows us to control which forms have the quality subsystem. Background: We have a presentation flow that runs in a quality queue and have unchecked the bypass quality subsystem at the presentation level.  This overlays the quality subsystem on every form presented to the user during the presentation flow. We have a scenario where there is an error state and we'd like to present a prompt letting them know there was an error and instructing them what to do.  At this point we can't use the prompt because the quality subsystem overlay allows them to pass / fail in the prompt and we do not want that to be an option.   ...
