When developing a Decipher automation, business users may be created, and groups configured specifically for that project. Recreating them in the production environment can be time consuming. I suggest adding a method to migrate specified users, except for the password, and user groups to cut down on the time needed to recreate them in Production.

Blue Prism tool does not have the capability to provide information on the list of RunTime Resources connected to APP Servers. This feature provides capability if the Load Balancer is running correctly. Blue Prism should Add Feature to lookup in the Blue Prism GUI and see which appserver is currently connected to which runtime resources. On a long run this feature will help the ROM architects.

When sharing the BP database within a large company, the number of processes and objects and the group folder they're save on might grow very long. Finding the process or object you're working on might require a number of clicks.
This behavior is not helped by the fact that the Studio panel groups are collapsed again every time you visited another panel such as the Control Room. 1. Don't collapse groups in Studio once opened, leave them expanded even when returning to Studio when other panels are visited. 2. Create the possibility to mark my projects so I can find them easily by a single click. See MS Visual Studio or open source Eclipse how it is done there. I reckon both these options would be nice to have in Control Room also...

When viewing a process or object, you cannot search it as the 'Find Text' box is locked and greyed out. This leaves opening the process or object in Edit mode as the only option to search it - not ideal as you'll also lock it that way and run the risk of changing it.
Allow for searching a process or object when in View mode.

Add a 'Back' button in style with an Internet Browser that'll take you back where you came from.

At this moment when a task in a scheduler is no longer relevant, we change the on complete of the previous task. The not-relevant task will still be visible in the scheduler and this is confusing en messy. I understood that removing a task is no option because of the existing archive logs. We would like to have the possibility to retire tasks from the scheduler that are no longer relevant so that the task is not visible in the scheduler anymore.

In a dynamic environment, the RPA process can be failed for any reason and this would create a lot of the problem for the RPA team as well as the end-user. To mitigate the risk, the availability of the right resource at that time would be required. In this use case, we will be having an AI model that can predict the next process failure time via the control room logs. The control room log would work as the input for the model and will return the next failure of the process as an output.

We already have a functionality that automatically updates page name whenever the name is being changed. What would be useful and most importantly time saving would be a functionality that updates data item name at all locations in the process/object wherever that data item name is changed. At this moment when the user changes that name, he or she has to go through all the locations within the process/object where that data item is being referenced and has to change the name manually.

Adding pre and post-dynamic delay checkboxes to every step in an automation is best practice. Why not make it super easy? Add step, check off pre-delay + post-delay and then boom you don't need to add dynamic delays manually.

Can Interact support a "What You See Is What You Get" editor? Is there any plans to add feature like this?

based on ticket #251602 BP allows the definition of external web services that then can be used as Action stages. There is an option in the definition 'Disable Sending of Request' which is a nice feature to first do same dry runs before actually sending the WS request. However, the output of this Action changes depending if the 'Disable Sending of Request' is activated or not: some header lines of the request are omitted in the Request Output data. In our tests these header lines were missing when 'Disable Sending of Request' was active: 'Host', 'Content-Length', 'Connection' Since this is intentionally 'by design' I am creating this enhancement idea to have all header lines shown in the request output, regardless if 'Disable Sending of Request' is active or not.

For now when we expose a process as a web service it remains resource dependent , in other words that resource should be always up and running else the service will return timeout . Can we make the exposure of service as either Application server dependent or queue dependent . This will also help with Load balancing as there is no such mechanism to share load out,now for exposed service.

Currently when a process is missed to trigger in the control room which was scheduled, it is not possible to trigger a notification due to existing running schedule or unavailability of resource. An additional feature to allow email to be sent when a schedule is missed would be helpful

Hi, I am using Blue Prism from past year and found that releases are created for backup etc multiple times for export/import purposes within environments. But Releases section does not provide any filer to search specific releases, search bar not available same as Processes section. Also Sort Column feature must be available on columns in releases section. It would be very difficult to scroll to find each release created. User will surely save time and it is easy to implement feature for Releases section. Thanks. Amin Patel

This is a request to Blue Prism team if there is any Blocker issue please fix it in a patch release and within 10 -15 days of recent release. Otherwise it's difficult to change code everywhere as an work around. I have attached an image here just for reference, These kind of issues must be addressed at the earliest otherwise how automation will move forward without this one. Like this there are lot of known issues that needs to be fixed asap rather than us waiting for more than 2-3 months.

When printing letters we need the functionality to mimic what we have available in Deferred print EnCorr. After initiating the print, we need the ability to go the physical printer and unlock the job so that it does not interfere with any current jobs being printed. Currently it prints right away which can mix the letters with other jobs being printed.

BPO needs the ability to sort Deferred letters needing printed by Business Area versus Client. Client is shared across BA's to take advantage of Conditional Content and reduce the amount of Content and Composition stored. Using CDOC maybe the object id could be stored/presented by BA.

I think it will be quite useful if blue prism can provide a browser based UI which can be shared with some of the process owners to run their process on a bot on their own. The portal can have a mechanism to provide access only to a particular process to process owner. At backend this process will be configured to run on a particular bot. The design above might not be perfect, however intent is to provide mechanism to process owners to run their own process in case their process can't be scheduled due to some dependency. Ofcourse various related entities to it like access or which bot it has to executed on, what if bot is busy at that time etc. need to be considered and designed accordingly.

Hi Team, While developing anything in Blue prism. we may have to write descriptions, action name page name. While writing those if we get spell check suggestion it would be great. If we change the spell or not that is up to us but spell suggestion will help and reduce lot of time.

When editing a process or object while switching workplaces between my laptop-screen and an extra screen, the stages in the process or object are either too small to read or occupy too much real-estate. Obviously, this is easily solved by zooming in or out depending on where I go. Unfortunately, I have to repeat this zoom in/out for every page I use after having switched workplaces.
Would it be possible to extend the editors zoom functionality with a zoom-all-pages option? Happy coding! Paul Sweden
