Currently a lot of day to day operations are accessible only via the admin panel, eg Batches, Document management, as well as grants access to full user/user group management, which is a no go from Audit point of view as you cannot segregate developer responsibilities from the system admin especially if you are using outsourced services. There should be a checkbox and in the App Modeller where you can hold the currently selected attributes.  Example: Once you have decided the best attributes to describe elements for a given application, normally you would then just use those same attributes for a lot of elements that get modelled for that application. This would speed up Dev time when creating objects. It would also mean that Devs would spend longer finding the best attributes to define elements for a given app as they can just use the same attributes for all. Another possibility is if you can click on an element and then use a 'Format Painter' to then select all the same attributes on other elements. When running processes in Studio the actions are logged the same way as they are in Schedules.  Each execution rows are added to the debug log making it quickly long and difficult to manage (eg using search function to jump to specific key words (eg Error) will be somewhat useless, since after each execution more and more old search results have to be skipped to jump to the actual one. This request is to enable a 'hand tools' to control the image movement in Decipher web/ data verification.  Current features : User need to user the arrow up/ down/ left/ right to move the image. On the tool's INPUT: Human Worker Profile section it would be good if there was another of capturing the process costs. For example, for some of the processes we are automating we are charged per transaction as opposed to FTE based which is the only option on the tool.  It would also be good if you could export the process assessment results to Excel. We can extract some information but cannot see the further detail we have inputted in to the assessment (no of screens, no of paths etc) without clicking the edit icon to view the whole assessment again. During the import process, there should be a warning if an existing object, selected to be replaced, is located in a different group. If a release is created (in dev) with an object (object1) located in a certain group (group1) and this release is imported into another environment (test), a new object will appear (group1/object1). Now create a new group (group2) in the dev environment and move the existing object (object1) there. (=group2/object1). Create a new release with the existing object again and import it into test environment. The result is there are now two objects: group1/object1 group2/object1 Now it is not possible say if those names are references to one object or if there are two independent objects. It is possible to create multiple named references to the same process/VBO. Provide means to manage those references and prevent accidental deletion/loss. Scenario:  - create new group named 'team1'  - in this group, create a new object named 'process1' (>'team1\process1') - export the process to file - import the process, confirm when asked to overwrite. the process will be in 'default\process1' - delete 'default\process1', this will delete the actual object The problem is the deletion actually deletes the object and all references to it even it is not obvious that this is only one of several references and deleting it would impact other references and depending processes/VBO. This may happen when exporting/importing single objects and as well when importing releases containing the same objects but different structures. ... View more

When running a process from Design Studio, an application window typically opens on top of Blue Prism. It would be great if the Blue Prism icon on the taskbar could be a different color if it's running so we don't have to keep mousing over it or clicking it to see if the process is still running, paused, frozen, etc. Having to click or mouse over Blue Prism can potentially cause issues with the other open windows, so being able to tell the status at a glance would be helpful. ...
