We have encountered a number of instances where a process scheduled was being left with Pending status in Control Room for unknown reason. It will be really good if Blue Prism can detect this and will have a logic to automatically fail it so there will be no down robot due to unprocessed session in queue. Hi Folks, Whilst I try and avoid the Control Room as best I can, sometimes you cannot help having to spend some time there. On such rare occasions, I'm always struck by the combination of these striking features, or rather lack thereof: The Control Room does not do AutoRefresh The Refresh button is carefully hidden in a hamburger menu in the upper right corner of the UI None of the above seems to have bothered the guild of Process Controllers as I have yet to see a request to improve on either, or both, of the items mentioned in my list, albeit a short list, above.  Being the infrequent Control Room visitor that I am, I feel quite unqualified to launch a request to fix the above. But perhaps this idea gets some unexpected votes by luring Process Controllers that upon reading this suddenly realize they missed to report this grand miss all these years. Modify Chorus Worklist tagline to display the Assigned to User ID and name or at least last name.  Currently, the tagline has a round, orange person icon. When a user hovers over it, the "Assigned To: userid" displays.  Most processors do not have other user IDs memorized and displaying a name would be more informative. Open JDK is OSS alternative to Oracle and might be used in future more often because of Oracle license strategy.  Although Open JDK should be equivalent to Oracle JDK it is still an independent mirror of Oracle JDK and features could differ to some degree.  One difference we noticed right away is the absence of WindowsAccessBridge DLL in Windows directories. Although this DLL is located in JRE directory, and might be found following Java Path. Verification of Blue Prism against Open JDK would be appreciated. I would like to be able to change the order of the fields in a collection just like you can in aa Multi Calc stage. Currently when you have a collection and you add a field to it it will always be added as the last column. Even is you add a field in between existing fields, when you close and open the collection again the new field is added at the bottom. Hyperlinks: There is no ability to add hyperlinks on an Interact form. The URL will need to be displayed in a textbox on the form. The user would then copy the URL and paste into a web browser. As at version 22.1 Chorus only supports Basic Auth for SMTP. Support for OAuth2 authentication was added for IMAP4 in Chorus Capture a few years back in order to ensure forward compatibility with Exchange365, for which Microsoft have mandated they are removing support for Basic Auth for IMAP4/POP3 (as of Oct 2022). Microsoft have not yet given an end-of-support date for SMTP with Basic Auth for Exchange365, due to the very long tail of applications that use SMTP and can't easily be updated to use OAuth2.
