Hi, We are using BP version 6.10 in our organization and have thousands of processes automated. Due, to high number of processes we also have a lot of environment variables associated with respective processes. Since, the number of environment variables is really high it becomes extremely difficult to update an existing environment variable if required. It would be great if we can have a search functionality for Environment Variables so that the developer can search a particular variable and update it.

When I change the name of a variable in a process/object it would help if it's name would be automatically updated everywhere it is used within the current process/object

Lincoln Financial is requesting an enhancement to Chorus to allow the ability to configure data fields for masking. For example, they would like the ability to the SSN field on a form to mask the full value or everything but the last 4 digits.

Hi, even though Blue Prism installer for 64 bit operating system is available Blue Prism application itself is still only 32 bit which limits working especially with large collections. There are workarounds but it would be so much easier having Blue Prism application truly 64 bit.

The existing design control covers quite a lot in terms of usable syntax and logic errors but it is limited with best practice checking. There should be a base set of configurable best practice controls set up based on peer review documents. Example controls: Overcomplicated pages - Check for X number of stages. Stages that could be sub-pages - Check for duplicate named sequences of stages. Possible infinite loops - Check to ensure a decision stage exists between a set of links that go backwards. Attach stages at the beginning of actions - Check for an attach after a Start stage These are just some possible controls. Rules should be developed based on the existing peer review checklists on the portal. Organisations should have some flexibility in modifying the controls and increasing/decreasing thresholds based on their own needs.

When object name is changed then in all processes where this object was used it no longer exists in the actions and it should be again added for all the missing actions. It could be the same as for process - when the name is changed it still exists in other processes where it is used as it is referenced by ID I guess.

Update the Document Delivery - Email screen to allow for Errored Emails from Communications to be edited and resubmitted. Today if an email from communications fails it requires manual intervention to reactivate the original work object and reject the request.

We are working on automating a few use cases through Decipher. For some of them, we don't require any manual intervention and therefore we need the Batch to bypass Data verification tab, whereas for others we need the manual intervention to be performed by the business users, and therefore the data verification tab needs to be turned on. However with the way the current configuration settings work, once we turn on the automatically skip data verify tab, the setting becomes applicable for all the batches. We would like the ability to enable/disable this setting based on the exact use case/batch as per the business requirements.

The utility task in the Chorus BPM design studio currently only has operations for work/source/folder creation. It is a regular design pattern in Chorus process design to want to update another work item (or less commonly, source or folder) within the same Chorus instance, given its object key. To do this currently requires use of the "updateObjects" operation on the AWD Processing Service SOAP web service, so:
The call goes out of the container and back in through the web server, creating a new execution thread in the process, rather than being a simple inline call from the Service Engine
As a separate execution thread, that update is in a separate database transaction, so won't roll back if an error down the line in the current process triggers a transaction rollback

Hi Team, I would suggest to add grouping in Environmental Variable list. For example for a process we can create one group folder and can put all the related Environmental Variables. Because its difficult to manage all the Environmental variables when the number is very huge. The grouping must be like Process/Object/ Queue grouping.

Please add button to clear unused dataitem through out the process at the time of development. Some time for big process flow development we left some unused dataitem in the process itself, it will be helpful if there is some clear option in the process studio for unused items.

Dark mode on a user interfaces (UI) on Process studio and object studio for process flow display light on a dark background. Dark mode will be especially helpful for those who develop process flows and debugging the code on device screens at night. The reduced brightness can reduce eye strain in low light conditions.
Dark mode can also be used as a courtesy in situations when a screen's bright light might annoy others.Interest in dark mode has increased along with public awareness in how ambient light affects circadian rhythm and sleep/wake cycles. Many popular websites and online services currently offer dark mode, including YouTube, Facebook Messenger, Windows 10, Visual Studio and other tools as well.

The python language is one of the most accessible programming languages available because it has simplified syntax and not complicated, which gives more emphasis on natural language. With Blueprism I have created a VBO which can execute Python codes and run ML model.

It would be really helpful to have a search functionality to directly search a process or object by providing its name to avoid the problem of having to expand all the groups and look for a process or object manually. for Eg. in our DEV Environment we have around 200 processes which are grouped in 40 different groups and sub groups. So sometimes when we don't know which exact group to go inside for a particular process, It makes the searching process very difficult. Having a search functionality by providing the name would help a lot. Also there can be a section called "recent items" at the top of the list.

Hello, In the context of robotization of a Java application of our customer who has migrated to OpenJDK , we have found that it is impossible to retrieve information from the tables of the application. Blue Prism returns us a message indicating that an overflow has occurred when trying to retrieve data to a collection. In addition to some errors of confusing origin when interacting with the application. When contacting support we have been told that Blue Prism currently does not support the use of OpenJDK. For this reason we request that you consider providing support for OpenJDK. This is not the first time this scenario has arisen in reference to OpenJDK. Thank you
