AutomateC has an option to export (/export) work items from a work queue using a custom filter (/queuefilter) configured in BP UI.  The filter by default includes 100 items (controlled by "Rows per page" at the right bottom corner). The maximum value is 10K.  This means CLI has a limit of exporting 10K items, and no ways to export items from 10001 onwards.
