To add an action in Decipher BluePrism VBO to get the batch information for batches marked as exception and/or deleted within a supplied date range. It will help in many use cases e.g. where the decipher is getting fed from an email inbox and the requirement is to move emails for which the documents are marked as an exception and/or deleted within Decipher, to a different folder for humans to look at. At the moment the Decipher doesn't return any information about exception'ed batch so it becomes very hard to decide which email's attachments were marked as exception or deleted to be able to move them into a human handover folder.
At the moment I am using SQL queries in decipher database to achieve this but thus is not ideal as it can change between decipher upgrades.

I observed that the Click Action in Navigate stage doesn't works after spying any element(Like Button) in Browser mode in Blue Prism V6.9.0. The Spying works perfectly all the time, Even the verify action in Navigate stage also highlights the element perfectly at Run time but when executing the click action, it seems like clicking at the top left corner of the screen in that particular application. Please check for this possibility in current and upcoming versions.

There is no search bar to Quickly search for an exact match for the environment variables or Credentials in Blue Prism System Tab. I am working in Version 6.9.0 where this functionality is already available in studio but its not present in the system tab. And same with the latest V7.0 version. Kindly check for possiblity to add this feature in the upcoming or current versions.

Currently there is no chance to change the ownership for Business Processes in Hub/ALM/Interact. After Creating new Business Processes in BPH/Iv4.5 and importing Interact forms (from previous BPH/I version) as admin user I tried to change the owner of the Business Processes to something more suitable for business. Unexpectedly there is no chance to do that. I'm able to add members to the process, but the owner is not changeable. I already reported this issue to the BPL support. Hi Team, Once we have schedule process at a certain time frame , automatically at that time process getting invoke without any issues and it will completed based on the input End time frame we have provided. However some cases bot terminated in control room (For system or internal exception) Bot controller have to run the scheduler manually every time instead if we have to enable this functionality "Repeat Task Every" which is already available in default window Task Scheduler. Kindly please review this below image for additional reference.

Whenever you export a thing, you get the dialogue to pick a filename, but you actually HAVE to click "browse" button and then confirm the default name there. It would be really good to have the suggestion already filled in and only have to click "Finish" if you don't want to change it. Just get a smoother UX.

If there is no name written in the Name field of a parameter, and you drag in a data item, it would be good to have the data item name be set as default name of the parameter as well. It is not seldom that that name will be the same, and if not, it's very easy to change it instead of have to write it or copy/paste it every time.

Currently in Blue Prism Hub/Interact v4.5 users with mail attribute not set cannot be imported from Active Directory.
In our development environment it's quite usual to have test users without email address.
For security reason our admin users are not allowed to get an email address.
Nothing more to say. Please see [#191880] In BPHv4.5 users without email address can't be imported from Active Directory : Global Customer Support (blueprism.com) for more information.

Currently there is a 1 to 1 relationship between Business Processes (Hub/ALM) and Interact Forms (Hub/Interact). In my whole opinion this does not make much sense to me. From business perspective it should be a regular use case to have more than one form with one process. And the other way around: Why not using an existing form in more than one process? To be honest in my whole opinion the 1 to 1 relationship between Business Process and Interat Form is error by design and should be fixed like any other issue. But the global support made me share this as an idea. Why not. [#191604] Importing form in Blue Prism Hub/Interact v4.5 only works once : Global Customer Support

question
Is it possible for Blue Prism to support screen reader software used by visually impaired software engineers?
Background of the question
A visually impaired software engineer uses screen reader software for Windows application programs. * 1
"JAWS" supports web accessibility. * 2
Currently, Blue Prism does not support screen reader software, so software engineers with visual impairments are developing by creating a program in XML and importing it into Blue Prism.
Even if they can code, it is difficult to debug with the UI of Blue Prism.
* 1 The screen reader software uses the Japanese version of "JAWS". Please refer to the URL below as there are differences between the English version and the Japanese version.
English version http://www.freedomscientific.com/
Japanese version http://www.extra.co.jp/jaws/index.html
* 2 WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) is defined in W3C (World Wide Web Consortium).
request
We are using version 6.x of Blue Prism.
We plan to move to version 7.x in the near future.
Is it possible to make the UI of Blue Prism compatible with "JAWS"?
To be more specific,
We hope that the Blue Prism UI (CSS & HTML) will be created based on the "WCAG" guidelines.

Provide the report for list of fields that has not been extracted by decipher or had validation error. This will help the end users to analyze which fields are getting captured and corresponding training can be done in the lower environment.

Can definitely say its very frustrating when stepping through a project and you accidentally click step out because it is RIGHT beside it. would really like a 'debug mode' or some feature when the functions can be suspended so they don't get clicked accidentally. it's so frustratingly easy to misclick those buttons

Would be nice to have a possibility to group work queues in case there is more than one work queue for a process or there is a wish to split by countries etc. The work queue list is getting too big when there are more processes developed.

Adding a option/product feature to extract the batch reports which are passing automatically without data verification will be of great help to estimate the resource required to perform data verification.

Provide the option to have the Break On Exceptions setting turned ON by default. I always turn this on when debugging. Always. It's such a useful feature and it irks me that I can't just have this on be default all the time. Instead, every time I start work in a process I have to remember to go turn it on. Then when I step into an object I have to remember to turn it on there as well. On the odd occasion I do forget to turn it on the "runaway" behaviour and consequences to your session can be hugely frustrating and waste a great deal of time having to reset. Simple request: allow for Break On Exceptions to be on by default and save the time and sanity of many a developer 🙂

Add a hotkey+scroll shortcut to hop between page tabs. At the moment we can hover the mouse over the page list drop down arrow and use the mouse scroll wheel to move between pages. This means moving the mouse to a small target area first however and I would argue takes more time and effort than just selecting the relevant page tab or using the drop down list. With a hotkey+scroll combo it doesn't matter where on the screen the mouse cursor is and would facilitate fast and easy page hopping, especially between nearby pages. We currently have the following mouse scroll wheel shortcuts (that I know of):
CTRL+SCROLL : scroll viewport left/right
SHIFT+SCROLL : zoom in/out
ALT+SCROLL doesn't seem to do anything at this stage.

Currently a lot of day to day operations are accessible only via the admin panel, eg Batches, Document management, as well as grants access to full user/user group management, which is a no go from Audit point of view as you cannot segregate developer responsibilities from the system admin especially if you are using outsourced services. Would be great to either move those operations to another panel (existing or a new one) or even better have the ability for the system admin to assign those to which ever group would require them.

When closing Process Studio or Object Studio, you are prompted to add a change description and save your changes. Sometimes, it's hard to remember what you've changed - or whether you even want to save those changes at all. I would love you to add a "show changes" button to this dialog box, so I can see the differences between the saved version and the version I'm closing. This would not only help me to describe the changes I've made, but also allow me to avoid saving changes that were just made while experimenting.

When debugging in Process Studio (or Object Studio), it's rather tedious to go to the debug speed toolbar button, open it and drag the speed slider to a new position. It would be great to have a keyboard shortcut (e.g. CTRL+ and CTRL-) to speed up or slow down.

There are a lot of companies relying on the digital worker to get data from invoices, other PDF documents and there are no in built actions available for pdf automation, which are present in other RPA softwares which they are taking advantage, i would be really helpful if a set of actions are added to Blue prism which deals with the PDF automation.
