Currently there is no option to filter the course by name or completion status, only sorting method is there. it will be good if filtration is included in main top row. it will easy to select the view as per choice. attached is snapshot.

Hello, it would be cool during spying an element with the application modeller to have the screenshot of the spyed obejct in the final object. Like after spying is done and the object is done that when i open the action in the object that on the right side i see the screenshot of the spyed element. Benefit: error finding is much easier Current Situation: you have getting an error then you have to start the part of the process and then you have to start the application modeller and use the function higlight so see what got spyed. On the other site you also have to open the process documentation to see if the right element got spyed or maybe the applcaition changed.

Similar idea is already raised, but I'd like to simplify it. Basically this: Allow to set time window, when schedule execution is paused. E.g. "No schedules started every Monday 02:00AM ~ 05:00AM" This would allow to easier plan server/database/runtime resources maintenance, prepare for updates and etc. This could be a setting in BPServer.exe.config, BPServer GUI, or any other convenient place. It would be helpful if we can have a dedicated page where we get all the exam-specific study material because as of now we are not able to directly get the required doc/study materials in the documents section. Even if we search the results are empty. Most of our fellow developers/junior peers who are planning to take an exam and reach out to us for the exam preparation and docs but we are unable to share the required stuff/info at least where to find those.

It would be really helpfull to have a filter on the tree parts of the session management, another in the queue management and another in the scheduler reports and Schedules. We got a lot of queues, bots and scheduler and it's really a time consumming task to navigate in the control room. A global filter will also be usefull

Provide a vault, website, or repository for Blue Prism users to access their Control Room data; process logs / logging, queue data, all session data. Currently, any "Controller" can access the Control Room and view all processes session logs. This poses a risk as process logs can contain sensitive data. Turning Verbose Logging off, or setting it to errors only is the workaround this issue, however this makes the developer's and business's troubleshooting and automation maintenance tasks extremely difficult. Queue data is also visible for all Controllers in the Control Room. Queue data can also contain sensitive data. We would like access to this data to be restricted, if not entirely removed from the control room. This data could later be accessed in a vault or repository that Blue Prism would provide.

Allow subfolders to have independent permissions (not inherited) from their root folders. Main folders in the studio tab pass down their permission settings to their subfolders. We want to have the flexibility to separate access between all folders, whether they are root folders or subfolders. We recently received a request from two internal business groups, they wanted to develop automation under the same branch of the company (for example, HR). Even though they are both part of the same branch, their automation handles sensitive data that cannot be accessed or manipulated by the other group. Currently, we don't have a way to put both sub-folders under the same folder while restricting access between sub-folders.

Auto classify and Auto verify - this feature should be controllable in terms of batch type or at document definition level, controlling this at the global level means no sense unless we are using decipher just for one process
Table delimiter - there should be an option to define the table delimiter so that unwanted information (in cases where there is two tables this is causing issues)
When using Exclude value option, I could see that it seems to check whether that word exits in the sentence rather than exact match. Will be great if that can be configured to take exact text or option for both
In terms of development, one of the main trouble is not being able to add a file and test it out, if adding a sample file and testing it out in preview is added that will really help in terms of development.
Since blue prism is not having a VBO out of the box to handle pdf, including a method to define the specific page from which the data has to be extracted will avoid unnecessary pages being processed.
The ability to use Classification and extraction as combined as well as individual modules, will help a long way . (so the process which requires classifying documents alone can also use decipher for the same)

Currently, copy/pasting is not supported between processes and objects. I believe this is because objects can contain things that processes cannot have, and vice versa. Personally, I find that many objects and processes end up using the same elements (I have a lot of middle-tier objects). The situation I typically come across where I need to copy/paste pages between processes and objects is when I need to refactor parts of a process into a middle-tier object. I've found a workaround to being able to cut/paste between processes and objects, namely that I paste the XML into a text editor, and then alter the first line of the XML, copy it again and afterwards I am able to cut/paste as desired. So, if I'm going from a page in a process to a page in an object, I would alter this line in the XML:
<process name="__selection__Baxter" > to:
<process name="__selection__Baxter" type="object" > after which, I am able to paste it into the object just fine. One might ask why I simply don't select all the elements and cut/paste those instead; the answer is, it is more convenient to just cut/paste a whole page. Also, in my specific case, cut/pasting all the elements results in extreme slowness, where cutting and pasting a page does not. Thus, to improve the UI, I would suggest allowing copy/paste of pages between processes and objects, using the same behavior as copying/pasting all the elements would: trim any stages that are invalid and leave the rest.

We already have a functionality that automatically updates page name whenever the name is being changed. What would be useful and most importantly time saving would be a functionality that updates data item name at all locations in the process/object wherever that data item name is changed. At this moment when the user changes that name, he or she has to go through all the locations within the process/object where that data item is being referenced and has to change the name manually.

When running a process from Design Studio, an application window typically opens on top of Blue Prism. It would be great if the Blue Prism icon on the taskbar could be a different color if it's running so we don't have to keep mousing over it or clicking it to see if the process is still running, paused, frozen, etc. Having to click or mouse over Blue Prism can potentially cause issues with the other open windows, so being able to tell the status at a glance would be helpful.

Hello, In the context of robotization of a Java application of our customer who has migrated to OpenJDK , we have found that it is impossible to retrieve information from the tables of the application. Blue Prism returns us a message indicating that an overflow has occurred when trying to retrieve data to a collection. In addition to some errors of confusing origin when interacting with the application. When contacting support we have been told that Blue Prism currently does not support the use of OpenJDK. For this reason we request that you consider providing support for OpenJDK. This is not the first time this scenario has arisen in reference to OpenJDK. Thank you

Hi Team, I would like to add enhancement for Blue Prism. Right now, if any user going to perform edit status, view log, view all attempts or extract queue reports - but by mistake or due to some choppy network clicked on "Delete Worked Case from Selection" then Blue prism will delete that item. Due to this - We will loss transaction item information or we won't know which item we needed to retry. But I would like to suggest Blue Prism should ask one time confirmation before delete. -With Best Regards, Malak Dudhia Sr. RPA Consultant Wonderbotz LLC

Hi All, As we all know, most of the question or discussions raised by fellow community members are already present in the pool of answers. It would be great of we can have a dedicated section in community portal for frequently asked questions (ordering learning edition, resetting login password etc..)so that any one can look for their answers here as a first preference instead of posting a fresh thread. They can post a new thread if dont find their required inputs/resolution.

Hi Support Team, For Controllers - Who need to handle multiple processes in production environment, and suppose there are around 300 to 400 environment variables and need to update environment variables - It takes more time to find environment variables with dropping down scroll bar. Instead of this, Blue Prism should provide the search or find box, by that way user can find environment variables and change value. It will save time for controllers.

Hi Team, I would suggest, Blue Prism should work on scheduler part. Suppose - if we have around 15 to 16 processes in scheduler - User need to check one by one which process will process next on completion of current process and it is taking time and confusion as well. Blue Prism should work on task for Auto Arranging the processes - sequence wise It can provide more efficiency for controllers and support engineers who are handling the control room. Suppose Right now, I have scheduler and it looks like below. 1)Login - Starting with this process. 2)P0 - Process on completion of Login 3)P2 - Process on completion of P1 4)P1 - Process on completion of P0 5)Logout - On completion of P2 Blue Prism should Auto Arrange the processes as per completion sequence and It should be like below. 1)Login 2)P0 3)P1 4)P2 5)Logout - I hope this idea can helps. -With Best Regards, Malak Dudhia

When working with color documents, Decipher detects the background of the document as text and adds regions to it. If the document is manually converted to black and white, then the problem is solved. It would be great to add this functionality to Decipher.
