Currently, we have several clients who use Hub to monitor and view the performance of the digital workers in their environment. Typically different access levels are set for business users and the IT teams, with the IT team typically being able to access the Blue Prism application. Today, when a business user notices that there is an item that has gone into an exception state, and they know that it can be retried at a slightly later date, they have to go through a notification process to let someone who has access to the Blue Prism application know which item they need to right click and force retry within the Control Room. If this functionality existed within Hub it would make it considerably more streamlined for users monitoring the solutions.
