Out of the box connector to Salesforce – Our Contact Center uses Salesforce heavily while our back office uses AWD heavily – this leads to duplicate entries and inefficiencies in our processes. An out of the box connector to pass data from AWD objects to Salesforce objects and vice versa would be ideal for us and save us from needing to build custom integrations between AWD and Salesforce.

Password Resets: To reset a user’s password we must verify their id is enabled on the User screen before going to the Reset Password screen. When Reset Password is selected under Related Info, populate the user id in the User ID section on this screen. The ID is currently populated when other options under Related Info is selected and the Reset Password option should behave the same way.

If a Collection is a Single Row Collection, a grey dot shows on the Data Item - very handy indeed! Unfortunately, it does not show if a Collection is has defined fields or not - this only shows when opening its properties. Find a way to make it visible on the Data Item if a Collection has defined fields or not.

Currently using BP v6.9 in a multi-language environment in which Windows display language is either English or German. Blue Prism client is always in English (to achieve this we had to delete the localization folder). Our session logs are always in English (except for OS messages those are of course passed through by BP). Our audit logs have mixed languages. eg login/logout are always in English. Changes to schedules are based on Windows language settings, so either in English or German. Date and number formats in logs differ depending on local regional settings in Windows and BP client / resource. This affects all types of analysis, querying of log data. Language in logs should be consistent in all types of logs and for all types of events. This could be achieved by either always be in English (except OS messages) or according to server language setting. Even better would be a own BP system language & region settings that are applied to all logs. This way the text and formats may differ to local BP client settings but at least they would be consistent. (And our colleagues don't need Google translate for messages generated by BP client running on German Windows 😉 )

One of our client, who is a dedicated user of Blue Prism Interact for multiple processes, has voiced a valuable suggestion for an enhancement.
They express the need to include URLs as a column type in the Table Field directly, allowing for seamless navigation without the need to copy and paste into a separate browser.
Currently, URLs can only be added as text, requiring additional steps to access them.
Implementing this feature would greatly enhance the automation experience for our client and add substantial value to the platform.
I kindly request the consideration of this enhancement for inclusion in upcoming versions of Blue Prism Interact.

Hi, when you design a form with many fields and the fields are depending on various conditions (based on the user choosing the value from combo box for example) we have to define hidden, mandatory condition for each field. If you have many fields it is becoming a nightmare as the number of conditions is growing significantly. Would it be possible to create a virtual element or group to which I assign the fields and then I build the condition on that virtual element or group. That means instead of 10 or 20 conditions for each particular field I will have only one for that virtual element or group. Regards, Zdenek

Referring to the ticket [#251026] Decipher IPD v1.2 - "Decipher Server" Service does not start after server restart. : (blueprism.com), please implement an improvement related to starting services for Decipher IDP v1.2. We want the Decipher services to start in the correct order when starting the server on which the tool is installed. Currently, the services start in a random order, resulting in a problem with starting the tool.

Add a hotkey+scroll shortcut to hop between page tabs. At the moment we can hover the mouse over the page list drop down arrow and use the mouse scroll wheel to move between pages. This means moving the mouse to a small target area first however and I would argue takes more time and effort than just selecting the relevant page tab or using the drop down list. With a hotkey+scroll combo it doesn't matter where on the screen the mouse cursor is and would facilitate fast and easy page hopping, especially between nearby pages. We currently have the following mouse scroll wheel shortcuts (that I know of):
CTRL+SCROLL : scroll viewport left/right
SHIFT+SCROLL : zoom in/out
ALT+SCROLL doesn't seem to do anything at this stage.

Hi Team, It's always a challenge for a team to install or upgrade Blue Prism or its associated products for the first time or later on as well. Can there be an easy way by which anyone can install or upgrade easily? I have been using Blue Prism since V5 now it's always been a challenge. Now see the same with new products like decipher and others the same installation or upgrade issue is always there. Please make it simple and proper documentation for trouble-shooting. I don't know if anyone will agree with this point or not but at least as a user, I always face the same.

When debugging in Process Studio (or Object Studio), it's rather tedious to go to the debug speed toolbar button, open it and drag the speed slider to a new position. It would be great to have a keyboard shortcut (e.g. CTRL+ and CTRL-) to speed up or slow down.

Hi Team, The Problem: Our team maintain ODI for particular processes and a global ODI for all processes. However we face challenge updating these documents as developer spend time on development and testing the automations. As a result these documents are not always up to date and sometimes cause issues with duplicity of objects being developed. The Idea: I would like to request an ODI tab where we can go and see all the objects that are developed for an given application. This will allow us to actively reuse these already developed objects. For this to work we should ask for application name while developing the modeler. So that all the objects are grouped under the same application on the ODI tab, further it should be easy to check the actions and their input output for each tab along with their description. Do let me know if you have doubts or any other solution that can help us. Thanks

There is a checkbox to have skill panel on right hand side. When unchecked it is hidden but when you reopen the studio BP does not remember the setting and it is always visible. This needs a fix.

It is in fact the age of the dark background, and while maybe that is a step too far for Blue Prism though I would love it, I would at least love to have something that isn't the white light of Blue Prism studio/control room burning into my retinas ~5 hours a day. Some ability to control background would be nice, even just to mute the white light a little. Even better would be a good dark mode

The level of success a company will have from an RPA investment is very much dependent on how the bots are deployed. If the creation and delivery of bots is slow, error prone and unreliable, it will not be possible to harness the potential of Blueprism Capabilities here We have tried couple of POCs to achieve real benefits of CICD for RPA but could not get expected outcomes and solution was additional overhead Possible CICD Implementation we tried : 1. Using Jenkins and GitHub (As mentioned DX Document) 2. Using Azure Pipelines and Azure Reports (Azure DevOps) 3. the new idea is to enable to determine the type of field for each column in the table like: text, Date, number, upload, list. and enable to create Regex to the fields in the table.
I need this idea, because in one of process that I work, I need to create form for request medical insurance, and in this form, the person can add any number from his family without certain limitation. and we can use the table for this because no limitation for the number of rows that we can add. but we can not add regex or type for the fields in table.

It would be great if Blue Prism can provide one or two months free trial or license for it's cloud products. Because most of us we don't know how it looks and how it works. Every organization does not have license for cloud products. SO it would be great if we can see it in future.
