I enrolled for a couple of training long time ago but never managed to even start most of them. I just kept adding them as I thought they are interesting. Now when i look at my courses I see two pages of courses that are already archived by the system but are shown as 'in-progress' or 'enrolled' to me. It would be nice to have the option to delete/remove courses from my My Activities list. I guess it would not be so relevant to see if I attended a BP training two year ago anyways. ... View more

Hi,   As of now, the mails that are sent by Interact are only in English, even when the installation language is different (e.g. Spanish). It would be great to have the possibility to choose the language for the notifications or make it match the installation language, so those who cannot understand English can read them as well.   It would also be great to be able to edit the default email templates to add a custom page footer or company logos.   Thank you! ... Just now I wanted to find some information if there was a known issue for a particular problem and for what release and if this issue was resolved in one of the later versions. Unfortunately the documentation for 6.x and 7.x are split and the searches have to be done at least twice for each major version, but this is OK. However, the search did not bring any useful results as the search brought up three pages of any type of document about any topic.  Since I am not able to know what is the exact search term for a possible issue, I have to try several words and phrases and view all search result pages.  I also just now tried to search for a specific issue (BP-5825) but could not find it in https://bpdocs.blueprism.com/ which makes sense as this issue is documented here: Support Center | Blue Prism Portal 1. it would be nice to narrow down the search to known issues & their fixes to be able to easily verify the status 2. it would be nice to have one place to look for known issues and enhancements ... Currently, we can only use the action "Raise Submission" to create a unique form for an individual in Interact. We would like to have the capability to raise a submission for a unique form that can be filled out by multiple users. Our concern is for situations where we need to meet a specific SLA and the individual who the form is assigned to is on PTO and will not be able to fill out the form on time. I am using Credentials in different processes and sometimes even calculating the credential name and then getting the data. The "Find reference" button only works when the credential name is inputted directly into the "Get Credential" action with quotation marks but not when a data item containing the name is inputted in the action. With the growing amount of central components (BP V7) multiple Blue Prism environments are getting very complex and expensive. Apart from automating MS-Windows GUI there is no functional reason to stay entirely with MS-Windows products. Costs could be reduced by migrating some components to open source (database, operating system, application servers, ...) In addition with dynamic autoscaling of services ( e.g. microservices and kubernetes) needed resources can become demand driven. I would like to be able to create a hidden field which concatenates values entered by the user. This would prevent bridging queues, processes or other means to create an appropriate key. We have a process where the key value is a concatenation of the member number and a contact method. This is to allow multiple requests for the same member but also identify duplicates. Process and objects can be restricted from studio via access restrictions between different roles. But on the same note, Queues cannot be restricted between groups/users. Its directly exposed in Control room for all users who have access to the BP instance. The impact is that, when we have shared environment, there is ask to get the access restricted for Queue for complaint reasons as the item tag can have any unique values between roles. Just because we are unable to do it, it leads to create  a separate BP Database  which in turn leads to additional maintenance, cost and housekeeping etc., It would be great if the feature can be introduced to have the restriction in place for queues as well.
