Hi Team,   As AS IS process is a important part of our RPA project and sometimes can be more time taking and not very interesting task for a BA, Why not automate this ?    Can we create a BP Process Bot(Say BP Documentor) which when running on SMEs machine can allows you to capture AS IS process in a form of step-by-step manual with screenshots and text instructions.  A BOT which silently is running as a background process monitors actions of the subject matter expert and his team and generates word or PDF or video file containing screenshots, data or keys used or the attributes or differences if they perform while doing some task and of what is happening on the screen. After exporting, you can save the session in a document for further editing to be done by a BA or PEX or create a skeleton of a Blue Prism Solution with detailed notes for the developer who would be afterwards implementing the solution. The same Bot can be running N number of a times for a single process but with different Project Team members making sure it captures all the running steps what all team members are performing and find out if they are performing some steps which are different in between.This can be make sure to minimize miscommunication when capturing the process to be automated. I think it will be quite useful if blue prism can provide a browser based UI which can be shared with some of the process owners to run their process on a bot on their own. The portal can have a mechanism to provide access only to a particular process to process owner. At backend this process will be configured to run on a particular bot. The design above might not be perfect, however intent is to provide mechanism to process owners to run their own process in case their process can't be scheduled due to some dependency. When Zooming in process or object studio, it would be a more intuitive experience if the zoom centered on the cursor position rather than on the center of the canvas. The current method requires you to scroll vertically and horizontally to center your point of interest either before or after zooming. For easy navigation of processes and business objects it would be incredibly useful to have a 'pan' tool to move about the canvas. What I'm talking about is a click and drag function to move the zoomed-in view of the flow diagram in process and object studio. This would be most useful combined with a shortcut key (e.g. 'P' for pan, or you could use the 'H' for 'Hand' convention that Sketchup uses) to allow full and fast navigation of the canvas. ​Hello, As most of the Organizations are moving towards latest versions of Office tools for security reasons and still the Mapiex VBO is not supporting for 64 bit Outlook. We have around 60 process are in production & our client wants to upgrade the office to the latest version. In this case we need to modify all the process in production to the MS Outlook Email VBO while reading/Sending Mails. When we use the Find References functionality to search all the references for object/ process, we get the list of object/processes referencing that VBO/Process, along with view option. Clicking on View will open the process in view only mode. View only mode has restriction, that most of menu buttons are disable in this mode. If we wanted to open the process in Edit mode, we need the location of the process. It will be better either There should be View/Update option when showing the list of references (or)  If the full path of the Process/object is displayed either in Description column or as separate column in the list, we can navigate the path and open the objects in edit mode. ...
