New process from template

When creating a new process or object, make the default behaviour be that the user selects a template. This will promote Best Practice, a 'house' style and discourage 'one of a kind' developments. Granted this is already possible via Save As but encouraging the use of templates will bring many benefits to the delivery sequence. (Thanks to DD for the idea)

From BP 6.4 you can partially segregate teams - separate folders for objects, processes, resources. Unfortunately some critical parts are still common. It would be great to have a way for teams: To manage/see their own credentials To manage/see their own work queues

I've been working in a project that has 4 big processes, each one of them with his own Environment Variables (lots of them) would be nice if there's any way to group them by folders or something like that, Would help in the organization of the project itself and will be faster to look for a varaible that just one process need.

As we can create groups for process, objects & queues. We should have option to create groups in scheduler as well. This will help in easy creation and maintenance of the scheduler.

Control Room / Application Server should be able to send E-Mails if a Process Terminates. In my eyes a must have feature for unattended Bots. When I leave work and the Robot terminates after some minutes there are so many hours of runtime lost. If I would get an E-Mail I could simply start the bot again or fix the issues remotely.

Printed history from viewstation rendered in .pdf referenced all/any indexed values (ba/worktype/status/, fund/account, SSN, Misc ID) at the top of each page along with the CRDA ensuring the printed history could be verified back to the selected fund/account (primarily used for internal/external audit review of processed work) and the date time the history was printed. In Portal, only the business area and worktype are presented on the history card along with a truncated CRDA so it is not possible to tie back the history to the selected item and no indexed values are captured on the current .csv export.

Currently, till version 3.2 of bp capture, only window and UIA mode are supported. this idea is for inclusion of browser mode as well which will ease development for web based application.

Currently we are not finding an option for double click using AA and UIA mode. But there are lot of actions which are dependent on AA and UIA mode and it's difficult to send double click for that particular action. I have tried various ways by sending Global mouse click twice but it never worked. Please let me know if any work around or take it as an Enhancement.

We have a lot of requests in Interact and our back office aren't working fast enough. And now they are always picking the newest Interact Inbox. We have tried to make them click on ID to take the oldest first. But they forget after some weeks. And now we have requests that never go through. An Inbox that remembers what the last user did will really help our customers to receive faster human-in-the-loop answers.

It would be very useful if a filtering mechanism for Credentials , Scheduler , Environment variables are added .Because in Bigger Automation Projects .The schedulers count goes beyond 400+ and Environment variables navigating page is very hard

Currently there is no option to add custom word template in the setting option in capture. This hold true till version 3.1. this feature once added will save time for org not to copy paste the information from capture doc file to their own file.

The table operations options in UX builder need extending so that the add, edit and delete can all be chosen independently. Particularly, the need to edit and add without the option to delete is going to be a common requirement for customers.

We would like to have the ability to set relative default dates in UXBuilder date picker element similar to what we have in classic forms currently. For example, we use NOW-1Y in Default attribute of Date element in Classic forms to set the date to current date - 1 year.

As per the product roadmap, the UX Builder is to replace the Chorus form functionality, it would be nice to have a multi-select dropdown on the UX Builder, which could serve as an alternative to the current 'List Builder' on Chorus, except that it would save a lot of space on the screen by comparison. Please see attached for example.

Currently there is a limitation in the dropdown list where we can able to configure a maximum number of 250 items can be added to a drop-down field. There is requirement in our development process where the business is looking for to add more then 250 items in the dropdown list. could you please add this feature on the upcoming release via configuration that would be great.

Add the ability to report when a graphical interface element is not found. When Blue Prism doesn't find an element, it should return the element that is closest match to the specification of the target element, giving a percentage similarity.

With the current version of Capture we can only customize (under User Settings) for example company logo and colors. But is there a possibility to customize the Contents ? Right now when we are finished with the entire recording and want to download the PDD , it comes with a default set of Contents and it is tedious to change and adjust the headings and sub-headings according to the company standards and requirements. If we can set these headings and sub-headings prior to the download just like how we do with the Logo and color under user settings that will save a lot of time and energy.
