Currently the remove buttons are still shown in read only tables. They are disabled and thus not working, so technically that is correct - but it is still irritating to end users of the platform. Certain attachment file types will not "Create" in the new Processor workspace view. It isn't accepting file  extensions if they are saved as uppercase like ".PDF" but they work in Classic and Legacy Processor. We are preparing our BP upgrade and for this period of time we want to stop all schedules. There is no 'disable' (ie temporarily prevent schedules from running) schedule feature but un-/retire only. Retired schedules are a mixture of outdated schedules that might not yet be possible to delete or are kept for other reasons. There is also now was to structure schedules in groups/folders so it may also be the case that some infrequently used schedules are retired just better manage regularly executed schedules.  So the idea was to create scripts based on currently active schedules to bulk un-/retire them and also making sure the exact same schedules that have been active are unretired again, without having to keep manual separate lists and have to visually check against those lists Unfortunately there is only /startschedule and /deleteschedule parameter for automateC but there is no un-/retire parameter. There is a security risk because there is a way to view passwords, depending on how the current credentials are obtained. We have this security risk in robot creation. Secure Message Center is another SS&C product that allows us to send sensitive information to customers either through their account portal access or as a single, secure link.  We are building Process workflows in Chorus so associates can send message to customers using a Restful Service API for Secure Message.  We would like to use Communications to generate those messages, and send that output message to this restful service API for Secure Message Center to deliver to the customer. Note, this Restful Service API is currently under development.  Today, we send secure messages through an email relay server.  This email relay solution is being replaced by the Restful Service API.  We want the enhancement to Communications to work with the upcoming Restful Service. As a user of ROS I need the ability to see a meaningful name on the word document banner. Once the document has been saved to chorus and the document is reopened, the word banner shows the content id as the file name.  This is not user friendly and does not allow the user to easily identify the document they need to work on – especially if there are multiple open. In Blue Prism UI, opening tab: Releases, in the main window named Package Overview, several columns with information on existing/known releases and packages is shown in list view with columns: name, created, created by and last release. The provided information would be much more valuable if the columns could be sorted and maybe even filtered.  I just imported a release file, not knowing if the target is an existing group, a new group (and what it's name) or if it maybe was done as adhoc package. Currently, during designing Interact forms we could choose one field as Key Value, which is displayed in general Submissions tables (as Submission History), without viewing submission details. But we couldn't modify Key Value during BP process.   It would be very helpful, if we could assign some field (or fields) during form designing to be displayed in general Submissions tables (as Key value) and could be modify during BP process from BP action "Edit Form Field".  It could be use e.g. for updating current status of BP process, easily visible, without going into sumbmission's detail. ... Hello, Our idea is for an easier way to manually archive a large work session/file that is preventing auto archiving from being able to archive and remove the large session from the database. Currently we have been using the Blue Prism housekeeping script to remove larger sessions from the database, but we seem to run it several times a year.
