Out of the box connector to Salesforce – Our Contact Center uses Salesforce heavily while our back office uses AWD heavily – this leads to duplicate entries and inefficiencies in our processes. An out of the box connector to pass data from AWD objects to Salesforce objects and vice versa would be ideal for us and save us from needing to build custom integrations between AWD and Salesforce.

Password Resets: To reset a user’s password we must verify their id is enabled on the User screen before going to the Reset Password screen. When Reset Password is selected under Related Info, populate the user id in the User ID section on this screen. The ID is currently populated when other options under Related Info is selected and the Reset Password option should behave the same way.

Provide the report for list of fields that has not been extracted by decipher or had validation error. This will help the end users to analyze which fields are getting captured and corresponding training can be done in the lower environment.

The current match types available to Element attributes in the application modeller include that of wildcards and reg ex’s, primarily designed for usage on Text, Value or other string-based attributes. I am looking to get that capability extended to X Paths/HTML Paths and Element ID’s/Web Class. At this moment in time, the use of wildcards only covers a low number of Path levels such as final element identifiers (Button) or sub final DIV’s; does not allow for full Reg Ex’s or Wildcards to be used on every layer of the HTML code and Reg Ex’s are very hit and miss when it comes to applying them to HTML Paths.
The usage of wildcards and Reg Expressions does cause an Invocation error when utilising the Chrome Plug in, so any improvement on the true error thrown, for issue resolution purposes would also be a bonus.
Reason for Request –
A scenario whereby the need to have dynamic Path finding for buttons within our application has arisen, due to multiple layered buttons of the same type being available. The use of inferior interaction methods such as UIA, AA or simplified Browser attributes produces a slow and cumbersome interaction time, reducing our process benefit and having the capability of Reg Ex and Wildcard at all levels of HTML Paths will significantly improve the performance of our automation.

Adding a option/product feature to extract the batch reports which are passing automatically without data verification will be of great help to estimate the resource required to perform data verification.

Currently using BP v6.9 in a multi-language environment in which Windows display language is either English or German. Blue Prism client is always in English (to achieve this we had to delete the localization folder). Our session logs are always in English (except for OS messages those are of course passed through by BP). Our audit logs have mixed languages. eg login/logout are always in English. Changes to schedules are based on Windows language settings, so either in English or German. Date and number formats in logs differ depending on local regional settings in Windows and BP client / resource. This affects all types of analysis, querying of log data. Language in logs should be consistent in all types of logs and for all types of events. This could be achieved by either always be in English (except OS messages) or according to server language setting. Even better would be a own BP system language & region settings that are applied to all logs. This way the text and formats may differ to local BP client settings but at least they would be consistent. (And our colleagues don't need Google translate for messages generated by BP client running on German Windows 😉 )

When setting up a business object in the action stage, I want you to be able to open and close (+-) the tree structure of the pull-down for each group or object. It will be more likely to find the action. ===== ご担当者様 アクションステージのビジネスオブジェクトを設定するプルダウンのツリー構造を、項目ごとに開く閉じる(+-)ができるようにしていただきたいです。該当のアクションを探しやすくなります。

In the release notes of every blue prism version you can find fixes and changes. That's fine if you want to look backwards only. But normally a release has to be kept for some time and needs a valid decision. There is no list of open unfixed bugs and issues. But especially that list would be very helpful for platform operators to verify which version will be the next release candidate for rollout. Example Use Case: If there were such an information about the broken Scheduler in v5.0.18 we would have skipped that version. Without the information we stepped into that trap. 😞 So please publish a list with all known open issues. As minimum information it should contain the following columns:
Unique Reference Number (ticket number or bug number or ...)
Affected Blue Prism Version (ie: 5.0.18, ...)
Impact to the business (for example: Scheduler unusable)
Status [new, confirmed, fix planned (with target version/date), won't be fixed (with reason why not), fixed (with traget version), ...]
The list should be searchable and filterable. Thanks in advance

Hi Team, The Problem: Our team maintain ODI for particular processes and a global ODI for all processes. However we face challenge updating these documents as developer spend time on development and testing the automations. As a result these documents are not always up to date and sometimes cause issues with duplicity of objects being developed. The Idea: I would like to request an ODI tab where we can go and see all the objects that are developed for an given application. This will allow us to actively reuse these already developed objects. For this to work we should ask for application name while developing the modeler. So that all the objects are grouped under the same application on the ODI tab, further it should be easy to check the actions and their input output for each tab along with their description. Do let me know if you have doubts or any other solution that can help us. Thanks

the new idea is to enable to determine the type of field for each column in the table like: text, Date, number, upload, list. and enable to create Regex to the fields in the table.
I need this idea, because in one of process that I work, I need to create form for request medical insurance, and in this form, the person can add any number from his family without certain limitation. and we can use the table for this because no limitation for the number of rows that we can add. but we can not add regex or type for the fields in table.

Add a hotkey+scroll shortcut to hop between page tabs. At the moment we can hover the mouse over the page list drop down arrow and use the mouse scroll wheel to move between pages. This means moving the mouse to a small target area first however and I would argue takes more time and effort than just selecting the relevant page tab or using the drop down list. With a hotkey+scroll combo it doesn't matter where on the screen the mouse cursor is and would facilitate fast and easy page hopping, especially between nearby pages. We currently have the following mouse scroll wheel shortcuts (that I know of):
CTRL+SCROLL : scroll viewport left/right
SHIFT+SCROLL : zoom in/out
ALT+SCROLL doesn't seem to do anything at this stage.

If a Collection is a Single Row Collection, a grey dot shows on the Data Item - very handy indeed! Unfortunately, it does not show if a Collection is has defined fields or not - this only shows when opening its properties. Find a way to make it visible on the Data Item if a Collection has defined fields or not.

Hi, when you design a form with many fields and the fields are depending on various conditions (based on the user choosing the value from combo box for example) we have to define hidden, mandatory condition for each field. If you have many fields it is becoming a nightmare as the number of conditions is growing significantly. Would it be possible to create a virtual element or group to which I assign the fields and then I build the condition on that virtual element or group. That means instead of 10 or 20 conditions for each particular field I will have only one for that virtual element or group. Regards, Zdenek

This is probably somewhere in the connection of the Process and the Control Room, but it would be nice to set some 'Startup' parameters as required (must be populated before the Process can be started).

Use Case: We have automations against the Epic EHR application. They claim to NEVER have any downtimes, but they often had "silent pauses", or somesuch, which seem to be just as disruptive to our processes.
Idea: Have a 'Pause' option, alongside the 'Request Stop' option. The 'Pause' option would have a start and stop DateTime parameter. When executed, the Process, upon reaching the Stop/Stop Time check would hold until the Pause parameters expired. The exact mechanics in the Process could be addressed in a couple of different ways.
So, rather than a full Stop/Restart, the Process is able to pick back up where it left off.

In our 'Path to Prod', there have been many instances when we have needed to upload an update version of a Document Type and the Document Form Definition (especially in our QA and Prod instances). Currently, if the new and current form have the same name, Decipher creates a copy. I would like the option to overwrite/replace the current form.
