Our organization sets most GDL mime type files to open in HTML Content Viewer (Word, Excel, PDF).  We appreciate all images opening in tabs within HTML CV rather than downloading the files and having multiple native applications open in separate windows. We do have one issue:  When HTML CV fails to display a file we have no way to view it.  We need a way to download the file when HTML CV is unable to display the image / file. This can similar to how HTML CV handles unknown file types or password protected files.  A prompt opens allowing the user to download the file. Chorus is not able to send a dynamic JSON array (that contains the object keys to delete). The length of the array is defined at design time, so in runtime there is no apparent way to populate an array with a dynamic number of object keys to delete. In UK GIDS we have a concept of track changes to allow the clients to provide the specific wording to a letter for a change. To allow the business to review letter packs in full for a Business area in Encorr we have a custom facility to create a letter pack. This is a full output in MS Word format to provide to a client a way to share and complete the track changes to help progress a enhancement. It would be helpful to have a base facility in communication to replicate this action. Currently it is a twice a year process. Within Chorus BPM Designer, Timers functionality/configuration, allow for designers to utilize a date (and or date/time) value to set the timer expiry. Currently allows for setting the duration integer (number of days, hours, or minutes only) via literal date/time or variable data source. Hi, This is more of a request than a question but not sure if there is a feature request section. We like to use the Notes element in Studio to give details and context as to what the section is doing, or in an object to explain why something might happen. We are using Notes to do this but they are not really the best, it would be good if this could be updated so it is like a regular text box (such as this). It would be really helpful to be able to format text in sections rather than it just being Centred and all or nothing in terms of size, colour, font etc. This would allow better notes to be added and really bring to life what the automation is doing at that part of the process. ...   Regarding the warning message of file size being too large, I noticed that the message does not appear at the beginning of the file upload process. It only appears after the AWD has attempted to upload the file for 2-3 mins. Additionally, the message does not clearly state that the system error is caused by the file size exceeding 25MB.   Could we implement the warning message without the 2-3 minute wait? In Processor Workspace, our usrs have found that the SUSPEND menu action doesn't close a case card.  When a user suspends a case from the drop-down menu in an open case card, the card is left open. Steps to Reproduce 1) Logs on to Processor 2) Opens a case 3) Clicks the ellipses in the upper left corner, & choses the “Suspend” menu action. 4) The “Suspend” card will open. The user enters suspend information & clicks Suspend/Release (or Suspend).   In either situation (suspend or suspend/release), the case is suspended (good) – but the case card is not closed.  It is preferred to close the case card upon issuing a suspend action, much like it has done in the Classic workspace. ref CS0044692     ... In the latest version of Blue Prism, the standard VBO will no longer be included with the installer, but will be downloaded by each user from the DX. A search for "Blue Prism Enterprise - Core" now shows 26 VBOs. Downloading them one by one is complicated, and there is a high possibility of errors such as missing downloads. The search drop down list within Processor Workspace is forced to be in alphabetical order. We are given the ability to specify the order that lookups are in within the LOOKUP resource parameters list, so the drop down should obey this order. Recently Chorus was enhanced to add a user preference so that the Comments Card shows the comments based on the Show drop down option within the card. This user preference does not apply to the comments preview window that appears when holding the mouse over the comment bubble on a work item. The preview window only shows user comments. This becomes confusing for end users because they believe that they had selected to view all comments and then do not understand why the preview is missing some, or in some cases many, of the comments.   ... Provide an automatic refactoring update to any renamed data item. Although renaming should not be done willy-nilly, it is a common task during development.  As your process grows it can become burdensome to manually have to find references and rename each occurrence of data item.  If a rename could be detected, prompt offered to confirm with list of potential updates, that would be very helpful. potentially useful and core capability for other renaming/adjustment tasks such as renaming components, page references, etc. ... When a process model is deployed the only place that the details of who deployed it are located within the Design workspace. If a model is undeployed there is no record of who did it or when.
