We have a lot of users minimizing search and create cards. When they have a few of them at the bottom it would be helpful to be able to see what was searched in the BA/WT/Queue Date or Status. Also, if it could display a count of the number of items in the search/queue.

Would like Copy and Paste from the comment section to work like Classic does now. If there are line breaks or carriage returns in a comment it will copy the same way into Word, OneNote, or an Outlook email. Currently in Processor Workspace it is all one continuous line unless you paste into a Notepad or a Sticky Note. This adds extra steps to get it to format correctly.

It would be good to have the option to check/uncheck a selection of processes or objects being imported through a release. For example a change went into production recently which had a bug in it but a backup of the process wasnt taken from production before the new one went in causing an issue in rolling back the change. As a rule we take a full production back up at the end of every week so we could import this release but as it includes EVERYTHING it meant a good bit of time during the import where we had to select whether the process/object was to be imported or not imported, since we only needed one process imported it was a real hassle. If we had a check box to select/unselect all we could select only the ones we need to import without having to go through the drop down selection for each process and object.

In Blue Prism, this functionality would be implemented as an action within a business object that allows jobs to "release" their digital worker licenses when a higher-priority job is pending. Essentially, the action would enable the job to place itself back into the queue, allowing more urgent tasks to be processed without disruption. Having transitioned from UiPath to Blue Prism, I’m bringing a feature I previously custom-built in UiPath, which I found to be immensely beneficial. In our previous framework, we had a system where low-priority jobs could run throughout the day, but if a higher-priority task emerged and required a license, the lower-priority job would temporarily give up its license and return to the queue. The code would do this checking every time a new queue item was picked up. This behavior was seamlessly integrated into our framework, allowing our processes to communicate dynamically with the control room. The ability to manage this flow, where jobs could intelligently pause for higher-priority tasks, ensured better resource allocation and process efficiency without needing manual intervention. This feature enhanced our automation framework by offering flexibility in job scheduling.

Each version of Blue Prism should display tooltips and highlight new features when installed for the first time. This is a common practice in many tools, as not all users will thoroughly read the release notes or actively explore every new feature. It is the responsibility of the product developers to incorporate such tooltips within the software to ensure users are informed and encouraged to try out the new features.

Hi, Please provide more useful options in Decipher IDP Misc Parameters., for example: 1. If I don't want to read a header/footer in a pdf file, an option should be available where i can select On or Off for decipher to not capture the info. 2. if I have a table with 4 columns and I only want to read column 1 and column 3 then should have option of which I can set the columns which Decipher shouldn't identify the regions. 3. Clients want to run a lookup or report by selected LOB that will bring back results of all Classic or Dynamic Forms on portal that call for the selected dataname. This would ultimately be a cross-reference utility, like what is being created for UX Builder.
When a change is being applied to an LOB dataname, clients don't always have visibility in what other processes are calling in Forms that use the same dataname. This cross reference lookup would identify those forms, allowing the clients to see if they need to make changes on the forms.
I have attached a screenshot showing the xref table in UX Builder as an example.

Secure Active Directory queries using gMSAs instead of password-secured service accounts
Since 7.1 the only option for querying active directory domains that require authentication other than the account running BP Server is to provide the details of a service account in the Active Directory Domains configuration section in Sign-on settings
Our security policy requires that password-secured accounts have passwords that expire daily. This is unmanageable in 7.1 as it would require us to update the stored passwords in Blue Prism immediately after the passwords have changed
Ideally, we would be able to secure the Active Directory queries with a gMSA
Also, add an option to create gMSA user. Currently when we try to add AD user it only list/search the AD accounts, it is not searching the Managed Service account (MSA/gMSA). -- Get-ADSServiceAccount This will help to run the runtime as gMSA account.

Hi Team, Many business functions have now started using Decipher in our organization wherein we have created different document types. We are facing issue to move the TD from development to production every time we change in DFD, as there is no separation of TD. If there is segregation, then we can take the production td backup and move it in development and train the dev system and then move to production.

Work Objects in Chorus are created from Portal, REST services, RIP, SRV calls, Web Services, Automation Services, etc. An work object creation origin field and possible UserID would be helpful for audit purposes.

When can we expect the implementation of full scale AI in Blue Prism, allowing users to simply write prompts and have the system automatically generate the workflow? In the Work object, currently when user view the History and select to Export, he need to export the History; Process; Services tab one by one. My client (on 23.x) having issues/suggestions on the Create & Link Attachment feature: When Business Area is entered, it take very long to pull up the corresponding Filetype (Source type), when they have a lot of Source types under that BA. Prefer to bring up that Source's Form to faciliate fill in of other LOB datavalues. Error message to be more specific e.g. Filename longer than 75 (the error message now is "An error occurred while communicating with the server and the attachment was not created. Please try again.") When the Create button, there is no sand glass icon to show that the file is uploading. User may consider it is unsuccessful and create again, so will create a duplicate Source. When a large file size is creating (over the limitation, say 25 MB), the system will try to upload the whole file first, and then find out the size is over the limit then throw out the error. It is better to first check the file size and then throw out the error, so that user dont have to wait for a prolong period of time.

The possibility to have an overview of what logging levels are used within the script, besides the information how much % logging is used. As an example, it is not interesting for us to know how many activities have the status "errors only". However, it is important to know how many activities have the status logging enabled, so that we can minimize the impact on our databases.

After speaking with Blue Prism support I found out that they only have 32 bit installs of blue prism. This means that it can only use a max of 2/3GB of memory. This has been causing a problem with archiving larger data files from the Blue Prism logs. While building we have all logging active which means some of the sets of log data can be quite large. When trying to manually or automatically archive this data, the process fails due to not enough memory, even though more memory is available on the resource running the archiving. My suggestion is that in a later update of Blue Prism, a 64 bit process install should be available. This would allow more memory to be used, and stop our Robotics team having to rely on a Data Base Admin to archive our data for us. If anyone has any other suggestion on how we can get around this I am happy to discuss.

Currently it can be challenging to match the active version of a process/object in the production environment with the version history item in the development environment that it was imported from. Please see the post "Cross Environment Version Control" in the Product Forum for more detail. The idea is for the Blue Prism product to display an ID column in the Version History table of each process/object. Blue Prism would ensure that this ID is globally unique. This ID would be preserved when importing process/objects into other Blue Prism environments. Because the ID is preserved it is then simple to say which version in one environment matches with which version in a different environment. This could be implemented in a number of ways: 1. These IDs could be user-inputted as an optional field within the existing with Blue Prism Save dialog with Blue Prism ensuring global uniqueness, or 2. These IDs could be automatically assigned GUID values by Blue Prism
