Currently (in BPIv4.3) you need the Hub Administrator role to publish forms. To be able to develop efficiently in the developer environment you will need to add the developers to the Hub Administrator role. But this is a very high risk for security and stability. Any Hub Administrator can easily (accidently) drive the hole Interact platform unusable. And they can add more users to Hub Administrator roles. I don't want to even think about the production environment in the current state of the role/permission systematic implemented in BPI. Please consider to rework the role systematic and especially separate the publication of forms from the Hub Administrator. In Example...
Hub Administrator: Sysadmin with all permissions to the settings of the platform.
Interact Forms Publisher: Regular user with the permission to publish forms filed by developers.
Due to security policy we will not be able to use Blue Prism Interact in production environment until this was fixed.

Currently tasks only provide the status: completed / failed that can be used in Schedules to control the process flow. Branching the execution path can only be achieved by creating artificial termination / fail status. It would be nice if the Scheduler can fetch the process return value (output variable) and then apply simple comparison.

Hi Team, My idea is for adding the anchor element functionality for elements which are currently being spied using other spying modes rather than region mode. While spying many web sites, some times the attributes that we get can't be unique enough to get a particular match. In situation like this, if there were a way to get the nearest element to it being spied and use that element as a reference to identify the element would help the identification of any target element. Currently, this feature is implemented at Region mode level but as of now we can only use an anchor image with an element being spied as an image only.

Web services provided by other systems can be integrated as actions to Blue Prism. This integration provides status code and return values... but only when the request was successful. In case the request fails no information is available but exception details only. Information such as status code has to be parsed manually from the exception details text. The idea is to not raise a critical exception when the request fails but utilize the existing action return values (status code, message, ...) to pass through the information coming from the web service. An option is to add a flag similar to what is available in File Management VBO that either have an exception raised or 'ignores' the error and provides the structures response of the service provider

Client and consultants need the ability to create a custom data source from the client's REST service. We can create custom data sources from other services and even within the current service at a nested level, but unable to create a custom data source from the highest level of the array. We would like to see this included in 22.2.1 AWD-46886/ CS0014801 - Lincoln Financial Tickets created for this issue.

Within Blue Prism, if a user forgets their password, it would be good to enable them to reset their own password by entering some security questions.

Hi, Multi-team permissions is a nice feature that allows us to share our instance across our organization yet only exposing processes and resources relevant to the department user. One major downside is ALL the control room work queues are exposed. This is potentially a security risk as a user may wish to view the logs to another departments queue and learn about information they are not privy to. Since worked queues can already be organised into groups / folders it seems a natural extension to add multi-team to these work queue groups.

We have different Business Areas who like their users to get different amount of work while they use get work (work select). Currently this is a global setting. We like to have the ability to set the count per work group or Business Area/WorkType. Another setting is release on log off that would be helpful to follow similar path.

I understand that the process and object studio have numerous things to differentiate but what would be more usable is to have some different colors applied to Process and Object studio so anyone can understand in a glimpse that it is process studio and that was Object studio. I understand that most of the time it would be developers who would go to the studio to work on the code but many times we need to show the code to management/Non - technical folks it would be very nice to have there.

It would be really helpfull to have a filter on the tree parts of the session management, another in the queue management and another in the scheduler reports and Schedules. We got a lot of queues, bots and scheduler and it's really a time consumming task to navigate in the control room. A global filter will also be usefull

Currently we have evaluated Browser and extension versions for Chrome, Firefox and Edge Browsers with compatible Blue Prism version. The reason for submitting this idea is to achieve a flexible Browser version and Browser extension which can be compatible for all Blue Prism versions. Because whenever we upgrade to higher versions we have to upgrade or adjust the chrome, firefox or edge versions too in order to achieve the compability else Browser mode doesn't work.

Data scraping for a web table or a web table which is having multiple pages is very difficult. I know lot of ways are there but there is no convenient way which can be followed for all the browser or web table with multiple pages.

Audit is becoming more of a challenge all the time and they are asking for detailed logs for every thing we do. One of our biggest problems is setting up of user ids and removing of access. We like to use the clone tool to grant and remove access by cloning against preformated "profile ids" . This saves us huge amounts of time in setting up access, anywhere from 10-15 min per id. The issue is there does not appear to be audit tracing on what is added and removed when the Clone ID is used. We would like to request improved logging to show what accesses (roles, security groups, User privileges get added and removed during the cloning of Id process) thank you

When handling DLL's for a codestage, you have to unpackage nugets and add them to the BluePrism root folder for each VDI. It would be great to either have a Nuget manager like in Visual Studio (and UiPath as well) or be able to reference DLL's from a Network drive. With this functionality it will be a lot easier to handle versions.

As a Chorus user, I'd like to be able to specify (independent of locale, browser settings, or system configuration) how dates appear in Chorus. This should include both entry fields and other places (such as history) where dates are presented.
While it is possible for Chorus process developers to control input fields in form design, the options are limited, and this does not change other areas such as history, which results in further user confusion. This also does not address a single process used in different regions with differing standard date formats, where the only current solution is the creation of multiple otherwise identical forms.
One suggestion is to enable an additional user preference, as this would cater for Chorus implementations where a single solution (set of processes) is used across multiple geographies.

Presently we are capable of accessing the screen capture related to the latest exception stage via the control room per RPA Bot.
In a practical environment where the Bot's are executing queue based items, the exception stage is handled. Therefore the bot moves on to the next queue item available.
When all the items in the queue completes a report is generated to the admin stating the status of each item. Therefore if more than one queue item raise exception stages, then at the time of inspection by the system admin, only the latest exception stage screen capture per Bot is preserved. The admin will not be able to have a graphical state of the the system or the environment for the exception stages raised by previous queue items executed by the same bot! The snapshot of the environment will definitely lead towards quickly identifying the issue a bot is facing in most occasions. Therefore it will be greatly beneficial to have a way of preserving the exception stage related screen capture per item key (historical screen captures)

Raising this enhancement to get option to export Decipher Audit Logs into any file format. from Web Portal
We are using Decipher v2.3 for BP 7.1.1 Environment.
We require to save the Audit logs into our security system for auditing purpose. Decipher v2.3 does not have option to export the logs and we are only able to view the logs on the Decipher Web Portal.
