Have the ability to customize the bubbles to different LOB fields. The bubbles that are set right now are for the Process Step and the Status. The Status isn't used a lot in our processes but the queue would be very valuable to see. Would also like to have it in all caps/uppercase like the other fields. All information in our taglines are in caps/uppercase and it would look better if it matched or could be adjusted.

We are on Chorus version 21.2.4.7 With this version of Processor, we are noticing that children of a case are ordered by the date the child is associated to the case, with the oldest children at the top. As a result of this single order (on date), various types of children -- Transactions, Tasks, and Paperclips -- are scattered throughout the list of child objects to the case. Our users would love to see Transactions grouped together (sorted by date), Tasks grouped together (sorted by date), and Paperclips groups together (also sorted by date). This would allow users who are looking for a specific TYPE of child to be more easily find it. As a further improvement, it would be nice if an option was added to the User Preferences page that would allow the user to determine which of these groups (Transactions, Tasks, Paperclips) were at the top, middle, and bottom of the groups.

As a Chorus user I need to be able to print all attachments related to a Case to comply with legal review and FOI requests.
As opening and printing each attachment in Content Viewer is time consuming, I would like:
To be able to print from the attachment context menu in Processor Workspace (this was a documented option for Legacy Workspace on Chorus 20.1 but not implemented).
To be able to print option from the work item context menu in Processor Workspace, with an option to select which child attachments to print.

Hi, Current scheduling options are quite limited (static) when it comes to allocation of resources. We would like a schema to be able to allocate one resource in a pool and execute all tasks in a sequence. Adress: Overlapping schemas on the same resource. With a larger pool we could cut the overhead needed to secure robot processing. Also, a crashed/stuck robot would not affect the following schemas. (Security reasons imply usage of different robot accounts for different processes.)

Process and objects can be restricted from studio via access restrictions between different roles. But on the same note, Queues cannot be restricted between groups/users. Its directly exposed in Control room for all users who have access to the BP instance. The impact is that, when we have shared environment, there is ask to get the access restricted for Queue for complaint reasons as the item tag can have any unique values between roles. Just because we are unable to do it, it leads to create a separate BP Database which in turn leads to additional maintenance, cost and housekeeping etc., It would be great if the feature can be introduced to have the restriction in place for queues as well. Thanks in advance

Currently, for some elements spied in Web mode, the "Element Type" combo box only allows a selection limited to the type spied: This proves to be particularly troublesome when re-spying elements using "Application Navigator", as then the type selected remains the same as it was spied initially, even though the Attributes will be changed correctly. This bug is problematic especially when trying to read the contents of such elements - for example a table. Being unable to change the element type, reduces the actions available for a Read stage... and in the case of tables, does not show the "Read rows" action, unless the element was previously spied as a table. Can this please be amended, so that the "Element Type" combo box allows selecting all of the types available for the spying mode used.

The AutomateC.exe utility in the current iteration can fetch just the plain log lines from the Blue Prism logs using the /getlog switch. The following images shows the difference between what is visible in the Log Viewer for a target session vs. what is actually returned when the AutomateC.exe /getlog command is executed on the same session. As seen below , the log info returned via AutomateC.exe does not contain the information from the Parameters column that is normally visible in the Log Viewer. Purpose for this Request: We have a practical need where we have to execute a series of processes that are pre-configured in a configuration source. The number and order of the processes will vary with the type of Business process that is being currently executed via Blue Prism. In Blue Prism there is currently no way to dynamically call a Process at runtime by passing the process name as a parameter. The AutomateC.exe is the only avenue using which processes can be called by generating command lines at runtime by passing in the name of the process and their input parameters. Most importantly, if we can pass in input parameters to a process that is being executed via AutomateC.exe, it is only natural that this utility be versatile enough that it is able to return the output parameters returned by a process that has executed in a specific session. Thank you! -Andy Menon

From BP 6.4 you can partially segregate teams - separate folders for objects, processes, resources. Unfortunately some critical parts are still common. It would be great to have a way for teams: To manage/see their own credentials To manage/see their own work queues

Need for new parameter/command-line switch added to AutomateC functionality that could potentially perform the same actions as the "Verify Release" function in the client We want to veriy the package after import similar to the action which we manually perform from the BP Desktop app or client. Currently we use AutomateC CLI commands to import a package/release and then we want a similar sub flag to verify the same release as well. FYI, community support link https://community.blueprism.com/question/cli-command-to-verify-a-bluerism-packagebprelease

During development for large processes, time is wasted on finding the right page. This can be sped up by organizing the pages, but it would be faster and easier to read if the pages could be grouped and/or colored. Groups could be rolled up and expanded as needed.

My client feedback on the new Processor workspace: the scroll bars is just too thin (the width is too narrow), very hard to use. This applies to both the horizontal and vertical scroll bars. Add a user preferences section to allow user to customize the case data that appears as the title of the Comments bubble page. The comments bubble page currently uses 3 pieces of case data, but it would be helpful for users to have an option in their preferences to swap these out for different case data values.

Secure Active Directory queries using gMSAs instead of password-secured service accounts
Since 7.1 the only option for querying active directory domains that require authentication other than the account running BP Server is to provide the details of a service account in the Active Directory Domains configuration section in Sign-on settings
Our security policy requires that password-secured accounts have passwords that expire daily. This is unmanageable in 7.1 as it would require us to update the stored passwords in Blue Prism immediately after the passwords have changed
Ideally, we would be able to secure the Active Directory queries with a gMSA
Also, add an option to create gMSA user. Currently when we try to add AD user it only list/search the AD accounts, it is not searching the Managed Service account (MSA/gMSA). -- Get-ADSServiceAccount This will help to run the runtime as gMSA account.

Hi BP Team, When looking at any process it would be nice to see some indication that a published process has dependencies pending review and need to be published/approved. It can be hard to remember every time you may need to publish new dependencies. So almost like a warning signal, red icon beside the process or anything really that makes it clear to the user that you have a published process that have dependencies that need to published. To go further if it could tell you what the dependencies are and publish them all at once would be cool. Thank you,

Hi BP Team, The ability to select and mark multiple queue items as exception. Not having this option was a bit of a surprise. What happens if you need to mark a huge volume of items? I had to already and it took long. The data provided to the queue was bad so I could not retry and didn't have much of an option. There should be an option to make changes to multiple items on a page regardless of the status. Having to do one at a time when you have a large volume items isn't practical. The items also can't remain in a pending state because then the DW will pick them up. Along with that, an option to empty a work queue would also be nice. Having to then select all delete multiple pages of data, if ever needed, can also be unnecessarily tedious. Thank you,
