After creating a new Process or Object on the Studio Tab, it should open Process or Object studio instead of having to double-click on the new process.

Blue Prism client/studio should be able to handle interrupted network connection. We are working in a mobile environment moving with our laptops from meeting to meeting and to the closest working area. It happens that your laptops are changing network, going into sleep/suspend mode when closed asf. When Blue Prism loses connection to application server, numerous .Net error messages are displayed (and lock each other so only killing the BP process helps). Furthermore the event log of the application server is spammed with error messages, which might cause wrong alarm in monitoring tools

Please add support for Public Holidays in Germany that can be used by the Blue Prism Calendar and Scheduler. There are moving public holidays in german calendar which have to be adjusted every year. This can lead to unwanted or unexpected results when the setting of the holidays went wrong or even was forgotten.

Not sure if this use case will be addressed in a future version but I want to layout some needs. We need the ability for the forms to be assigned to multiple users / teams and not just a single user. Once a form has been sent to an inbox we need to make sure that only one person works that item. So somehow we need items to become locked if another user has picked it up. How we do we give a team visibility to forms in others inbox and only allow one user at a time to respond.

When user tries to do a save as operation then created object/process goes to default location, we should have an option to save the process/object to a desired folder in the folder hierarchy of blue-prism. Currently over COE does not allow to move object here and there but we can create them, second step is to raise a service ticket to move this object/process to desired folder. This is a very basic functionality and we should have this.

Add a change password option to the initial log-on screen, so it can be changed at any point, rather than just when it has expired.

We need a ‘birds-eye view’ of which Processes, Automation Services and Presentation Services are being used, so that it would very helpful to know if workflows are not being ever traversed through, which will allow us to retire and simplify our ‘code base’. It will be easier for us to navigate and maintain the flows when it gets more and more complex.

When raising a ticket abut blueprism slowness on one of our machines they said it was slow because the connection between the client and the app server and database was poor. For most things (e.g. opening menus or some tabs) a connection to the app server/database should not make the app perform dreadfully slow as it either doesnt need the connection or if it does, the page should load most things and the data from the app server/database should load afterwards.

Hello Folks, I have a hard time determining which Page is currently being shown when inside a Process or Object in Studio. I recommend that we set the BG Color for the current Page (TAB) in stark contrast to the other Tabs so that it is easily obvious which Page is currently being displayed. Thanks

When I add a new action, for example DB ORINOCO - Start > Launch, I would to have the option to automatically name the stage with the Action name actually used: 'Launch' or even 'DB ORINOCO - Start - Launch'. It might be renamed automatically or have like a checkbox: "Rename stage by object used"

Alomost everywhere Blue Prism is using Microsoft Rich Text Boxes for writing text. Especially when editing Expressions, this makes no sense. Rich Text Boxes should be used when targeting non-technical users who want to write a novel because they do two things: 1. They don't use monospace fonts like Consolas or Courrier New 2. They use Microsoft Office style for selecting word/characters Both points are just annoying when writing source code like Expressions. Monospace fonts are a must-have for writing structured expressions like source code and definitely apply as well to BP's Visual Basic dialect that is used in Expressions. The same applies to the selection mode: it has some kind of auto-completion built into it which makes selecting very hard (and annoying). Both points could easily be fixed in minutes by changing the text boxes' style.

A dynamic behaviour within UX builder will enable businesses to create user-centric and interactive web pages for data collection purposes online. Adding conditional visibility using different types of conditional logic within the form fields will make them more interactive, store data, send notifications, and more. A simple use case could be using conditional logic to show or hide form fields, send auto responder emails, pre-populate fields to accelerate the form-filling process, and more.

AI think it would be very helpful if we could insert items in a certain work queue through there, be it soap or rest, Think of a situation where I have an input interface and my end user who imputes this information, I believe that direct sending via API would make it easier, since I wouldn’t need to create a process to mediate this integration

Many clients are now using MS Edge as their corporate browser. It would be good to have Blue Prism formally support the use of Decipher IDP using MS Edge - especially as Edge is build on Chromium code.

It would be great to add a simple confirmation prompt before final deletion of a schedule in the control room. As there is no such prompt as of now and the option to delete a schedule is right next to the option to retire or unretire them, this happens quite frequently to our operators.

With the start of Blue Prism, it is automatically trying to connect to any server set as default in the ComboBox of connections. This behavior is really annoying when working with multiple environments, as the user needs to wait or cancel a connection attempt if it's set to the wrong server. Also, the preemptive authentication of users is not acceptable at all. Preemptive connections should be avoided as the application should only try to connect to a server after the user confirms it Preemptive connections can decrease the performance if the user wants to connect to a different environment Preemptive connections will result in throwing the error "An active connection has been closed forcible by the server" if the same host runs multiple BP Servers, but BP tried to connect preemptively an a wrong port Authenticating users before they even entered their password is also something that should be changed: Authenticating users after they just entered their username is a violation to IT security standards. I wonder how this passed your audits. Preemptive authentication can tell an unauthorized person details about a user's account (like if the user/password expired) even if the user was not authenticated.
