Currently, Active Directory SSO is supported, but not currently Azure AD. Azure AD supports conditional access approvals, allowing approval based role access for various tasks within the application.

Spy modes needs to improve for browser automation also a tree structure should appear for these as well. After spying any element we are getting set of attributes. But we don't know about lot of attributes how and where to use. But in other way way it may be more helpful if we can get guide for that. It may make our automation easier. For Example we can use real X path in Browser automation but it's nowhere mentioned. At the same time it can make easy for th all the automation. Also I found some useful options are not available in chrome automation (Browser mode), which is very helpful. At the same time all the options are available in HTML mode.
Please let me know if these features will appear n near future or if it is not there is there any specific reason.
Attached files have all the description with image.
Issue occurs is all the versions (6.3.1-6.7.1)

I'd like an option to populate Interact dropdowns with information from the Active Directory (like employee name and ID). I have a use case where form users need to pick an employee from a list of all employees in a dropdown field, then my process would update a field in another application using the selected employee ID. Due to the large volume of employees and the fact there's already an Active Directory integration planned, I would like to see these dropdown values available without going one by one add each employee as dropdown option (It also looks like there's an idea planned to add more dynamic options for dropdowns, which is related. It would be great to be able to calculate how these values are shown as a dropdown option and received as an output when getting queue data from a response. ie. using BP calculations like [Active Directory.Employee Name]&" ( "&[Active Directory.Employee ID]&" ) " to show John Smith ( 12345 ) and output the same, but not as critical since the output can be calculated as shown here in the process. Currently, when getting queue data, it would pull the selected information out with hyphens ie. john-smith-12345)

As a developer we need ease of creating web service connection and action based on endpoints available . we are looking for step by step wizard which can help to automatically load all the methods or endpoints in a given web service, be it REST or SOAP, as long as the provided link includes the services' definition - Swagger or WSDL. Once loaded select from which endpoints or methods to automatically create actions under Web service window instead of creating them one by one. Something similar already exists in UiPath and other platforms.

Sorry in advance folks, this is gonna be a long one... When starting the compare panel by pressing the 'Compare' choice:
...a compare window pops up. It shows the older version on the left and the newer on the right. In the first few seconds after opening this window, the number of changes is shown: 'xxx difference(s) found'. After a second or two this text disappears. When you press the RightArrow button marked 'Show next difference' the focus shifts to the next change, Equally so, the LeftArrow button shifts focus to the previous difference while the double arrows jump to the first or the last difference.
The definition of 'next' seems to be chronological rather than the 'next change on this page' which is quite confusing and not very handy when doing a 4i audit. A process I was changing today logged no less than 522 differences when i was done with it. This'll be a tough one to handle in our 4i audit later this week! However, at least 400 of these changes are related to house-keeping - removing unreferenced data items, no longer used pages, parameters and actions etc. These house-keeping differences are not as relevant as 'real' changes such as changes in the flow, new/changed actions, new/changed parameters etc., at least not on an audit. So it would be nice if they could be omitted by choice... Summarizing the above, I only have three requests to improve this compare window: 1. Can the status text with the number of differences found stay where it is and not disappear? 2. Can the definition of 'next difference' be modified so BP focusses on all changes on the current page and after that hop to the next page to show all changes there? 3. Would it be possible to identify house-keeping differences and have the choice to omit them from the Compare window?

Currently (v7.1) if any of the objects and/or processes are locked by another user wile importing the release, the import terminates, throwing an internal error: Giving the option to unlock the given object(s) or process(es), would save a lot of wasted effort... as if more than one item of the import list is locked, this will pop up repeatedly, terminating the import after each single resolution.

Having recently migrated some processes from V4.2 to v6.5, I discovered there was a real need for a migration tool. To buttress my point, the migration tool will 1. Automatically migrate all processes, objects, environments and other assets without any manual intervention. The only manual intervention will be to trigger the tool (.exe). We had over 100+ processes in v4.2 and moving across to the new environment was a real pain 2. Compare the versions of assets(process, env variables) if they already exist in the target environment. Technically, our strategy was to keep two environments running currently and any migration failure experienced in v6 will result in roll back changes and back to V4. After migration, some shared objects were amended in V4 by other developers, That automatically left both environments out of sync and sometimes, the new asset isn't moved over to V6.4. 3. Automatically takes a snapshot of all assets by automatically associating dependencies with processes and creating releases. I know my comments sound ambitious but this will alleviate some of the laborious tasks with respect to migration.

Currently the only way to rename a resource pool is to delete the old pool and then create a new pool with the new name and then add all the resources to it. It would be great to have a functionality to directly rename the already created Resource Pool.

Currently when items are loaded to work queue, the Created and Last Updated column in queue content is being populated by datetime.
When any of the items have been marked as exception and retried, datetime in Created column remains unchanged and when the same item gets completed, the Last Updated column is updated and the difference between these two columns does not match the Total Work Time column.
Would like to have new datetime in the Created column when item is retried so that when it gets completed, the Last Update column will be updated and there will be no difference in both columns when it comes to match the Total Work time column. OR Can have an one column which will be populating the retried items date item.

When viewing a process or object, you cannot search it as the 'Find Text' box is locked and greyed out. This leaves opening the process or object in Edit mode as the only option to search it - not ideal as you'll also lock it that way and run the risk of changing it.
Allow for searching a process or object when in View mode.

Currently, In Blue Prism, Users can edit the Status for Queue items which are loaded already into the Queue.
Similarly, Blue Prism has to allow users to edit the Priority of the Work Queue Pending status items. This will help us to meet if urgent work has to be done for the Queue items.
basically, Priority can be modified even after loaded into the Queue. Similarly, We need Edit Priority option as well

When only changing a description and there is no need to update any other credential settings for a credential in Blue Prism v6.8.0, after selecting OK to save and close the credential, nothing is actually saved to the credential. Upon opening it up again, the description has reverted to what it was before making the update. In our set up, we use the description field to record notes. Currently we have to change another detail, e.g. shifting the expiry date by one day, for the description update to be saved and viewable. Having a field that reverts to previous version despite being updated, plants the seed of doubt in the mind of the user: is Blue Prism robust enough? what else is not being updated? Presuming this is a bugfix, we're looking forward to the release that resolves this issue.

I think it will be quite useful if blue prism can provide a browser based UI which can be shared with some of the process owners to run their process on a bot on their own. The portal can have a mechanism to provide access only to a particular process to process owner. At backend this process will be configured to run on a particular bot. The design above might not be perfect, however intent is to provide mechanism to process owners to run their own process in case their process can't be scheduled due to some dependency. Ofcourse various related entities to it like access or which bot it has to executed on, what if bot is busy at that time etc. need to be considered and designed accordingly.

After some time processes might not be needed anymore, because have been replaced by other processes, they become obsolete or maybe it was a one time activity only. It would be helpful if a deployed release could be rolled back (ie removed / deleted) from an enviornment. In case of complex business processes, several BP processes and VBO might have been needed for its automation. Those dependencies between BP processes, VBO, queues, environment variables, schedules, ... are packaged into one release file and deployed into production. When this buisness process automation is not needed anymore, the environment should be cleaned from not needed objects and configuration. Currently this has to be done manually, for each object individually. It would be much more convenient if there would be a rollback feature so all objects that are part of a release package could be removed at once. Of course with dependency check and warnings if necessary

When we use the Find References functionality to search all the references for object/ process, we get the list of object/processes referencing that VBO/Process, along with view option. Clicking on View will open the process in view only mode.
View only mode has restriction, that most of menu buttons are disable in this mode. If we wanted to open the process in Edit mode, we need the location of the process. It will be better either
There should be View/Update option when showing the list of references (or)
If the full path of the Process/object is displayed either in Description column or as separate column in the list, we can navigate the path and open the objects in edit mode.

There are some busy applications (specifically in websites) where it takes a few seconds to find the field. When you use a wait for stage, this time is then doubled. If I say wait for Field X, Field X appears,it takes 3 seconds to find Field X and move to the next stage. Then I say click field X: it searches for it for 3 seconds again, finds it, and clicks it. It feels that after a wait stage it should cache the location (even if it's just for the next stage). Even better it could see if any other action in the object page is going to that item and wait I like to think of this similar to a Librarian with a card catalog ; Customer: Do you have this book? *Librarian searches catalog and finds item* Librarian: Yes we do *Librarian closes card catalog* Customer: Where is it? *Librarian searches catalog and finds item* Librarian: Mystery section under Adams
