Hi Team it's very difficult to resize choice stage when there are more than 10 conditions. Once we make any changes then it's again resizing or rearranging th branches of choice stage. It's a pain to resize everything. Blue prism should remember the previous saves or there should be an option to remember or not. PFA for the same

I tend to do most of my development with the 'Debug Speed' at its fastest setting. When I 'drop' into an Object, the Object's 'Debug Speed' is at its default value. If I alter it, leave and then come back into that Object for a different action, the 'Debug Speed' reverts once again to the default. It would be nice to have the 'Debug Speed' either synch between Processes and Objects or to be persistent (but maybe independent of each other). Even if it was just for that session of the Automate.exe.

Please add a Local flag to the ToDateTime conversion function (as already exists on MakeDateTime). This would be a huge help, to get over the frustrating issues seen during BST (and presumably for installations working across multiple timezones), when you would like to for example, Defer a Work Item to a specific Date Time. eg: If I want to defer a Work Item to 9am tomorrow, whilst in BST, I have to currently do something long-winded such as break down the desired date into dd MM and YYYY, so I could use MakeDateTime (with the Local flag set to True), or build in a decision stage, to allow subtracting an hour from the time when in BST.

Its pretty common that we save our work as we build automations. Also once we get to a point we deploy the automation to Production for example we dont really need to retain very old versions. For example lets say this is now the 4th release of a process to production I will not need to retain the work done for version 1 and version 2 but would like to keep version 3. At the same time I would not want to keep all the work in between version 3 and version 4 once all testing has been completed and confirmed it works. What I would recommend is giving a function in Blue Prism, with role permissions to keep this limited, to be able to delete old saves of objects and Processes. As each one of these saves keeps the xml data of the entire object / process larger ones can become a problem with loading and impact overall performance of the Blue Prism system use for developers. For example imagine if we could delete everything in development for this process that was not highlighted:

Hello, Time to time VM resources and servers needs time for maintenance breaks. This can happen in scheduled (like once a month) or ad-hoc manner. It would be time-saving feature that you can schedule a maintenance breaks by resource / by pool.
Why?
- Currently every schedule needs to be expired manually and they need to put back when the maintenance break is over. - Normally these SQL server/ App-server maintenance breaks happens in night-time and they last from 1h up to 4h. - At environments, where are dozens or hundreds of schedules, this is taunting task to do on monthly basis. - By marking "maintenance break" for certain time slot -> Schedules do not try to start on that time interval. It will save manual work + night time runs will start after the marked maintenance breaks time slot is passed. - Process controller does not need to remember put the schedules back on next day.

I have come across one issue where if the Work queue name is stored in Data Item and that is referenced in work queue action, Release manager does not consider that item as process dependency. I would like to see such check functionality to be included while creating a release.

In studio right click on a group folder, click access rights. The pop up window displays the list of user roles in the system. This is in no particular order, it is not in alphabetical order and there is no way to sort it. When there are 100s of group folders to assign specific user roles the unorganized list is tedious to search (scroll through ) to find the appropriate user role. A simple sort list button would be a huge time saving improvement

It would be absolutely great if we could have dynamic references in inputs and outputs for actions and functions. Basically if we can use a calculation to create a dynamic reference for a collection field for example. That way we could automatize dynamic collections. Example: instead of having the input as a static reference eg. [Collection.Field1] we can use a calculation to change that dynamically, for example increase it and loop eg. [Collection.Field]

I would like to see some tools included in blue Prism to enable and facilitate procedural code reviews. Code reviews are an essential part of most development work and in the traditional software development world there are a multitude of tools to help people review each others code to spot bugs or suggest improvements. The majority of these tools can be used for text-based code regardless of language but do not allow for use with low-code development products such as RPA platforms. This is doubly an issue with Blue Prism as a lot of tools work through integration with source control systems such as GIT and SVN. As Blue Prism does its own version control, this precludes the use of even those parts of the code review mechanism. So, it would be good to either see a way of integrating one or more of these solutions with Blue prism, or providing tools within Blue Prism to allow for this. That would include things such as :
Notifications to predefined users on changes to business objects or processes.
Options to enforce (or not) review and sign-off on changes before code can be published or promoted to production
Commenting tools (and not just the note block) which allow for actions such as @mentions to other users, replies and closing of comment threads
Identification or tagging of issues that are critical vs comments that are for info only
etc...
There are far more features that could be included along the lines of those included in traditional development code review packages or even along the lines of the review tools found in Word

This is regarding information mentioned in Support Center | Blue Prism Portal currently this command runs slow and produces report, could we build out of box dashboard on the top of this command which will display processes/objects containing errors. If this is not possible we should at least need a filter in this command to scan only required objects/processes to make it faster.

Everytime we create a new object we have to create the timeout variables on initialise page in objects. Instead can we not have them as a part of object template so that they are available to us on object creation

Hi there, the work queue configuration allows us to specify a fieldname for the item key. So whenever we use "Add To Queue" Blue Prism automatically uses the key column of the queue item input collection. It would be great if we could get the same for priority of queue items. Currently with "Add To Queue" we can only specify a single priority. So if we call this fuctionality with a collection having more than one row, every new item gets the same priority. Now we need to use a loop for only adding one item at once if there are differnt priorities. With the requested feature Blue Prism could atomatically get the priority from the input data collection field when adding a new queue item. That would save client-server roundtrips and loop-logic in those cases.

Now in times when remote working became more common, the network code of BP should be stable and should handle errors. When switching networks, going into suspend/wake up, it can happen BP gets out of sync and an indefinite number of error messages are displayed with the only option to force kill the BP process in task manager. When working via VPN with limited bandwidth BP may run out of sync when refreshing Control view or even when logging into BP. After this error, .Net connection is in 'faulted state' that might need computer restart to resolve This happened in 6.4. I know there have been some improvements done in later versions.
