HTML Content Viewer – Provide an option to enable links within the html email body source.  Currently these links are suppressed for security reasons.   Clients are receiving high volumes on emails ingested into Chorus providing links to additional information instead of including attachments. We have tried these work-arounds and none of them provide a good user experience Open in the default HTML CV, then select the option to open in native – which downloads it, requires a double click to open it, then launches a new tab where we have to manually close it later. Create a resource to open in the native HTML application – which automatically downloads it and opens it in a new tab, where we still have to manually close it later.  But this is an all or nothing option.  Even for sources that don’t have links.  Use an “EQM flow” where a service operation can retrieve the html source and load it into an “external” form so that the user can reply to or forward that original email as part of the workstep.  Although we don’t have a requirement to reply to our forward the email as part of this step, we determined that it doesn’t enable the link either. ... Source /Image quick preview functionality  Build  a Quick Source/image preview without having to open the source/image.  Functionality would allow user to  hover over the source and will display a preview of the image (first page , or all pages). Image retrieval can be leverage for this functionality. This will  be helpful when work item has multiple sources/images attached to a work item and the user need to focus on one source . Depending on the screenshot and the resolution of the computer, the screenshot may be too small. Adding an option to zoom it helps when the user needs to censor items on screen. Lots of customers still use screens that are 1366x768 and zoom helps in those scenarios Also, it would be great to have the ability to disconnect arrows and reconnect them. Hi Blue Prism Support Team, We at Best Buy, Canada use CITRIX environment to access our Corporate Applications. Recently, we have deployed Capture 3.2 in our CITRIX Environment and tried to record our business process automations. We noticed that the Process Definition Document (PDD) extracted from Capture was skewed and was missing several steps and descriptions. Also the Blue Prism Release file did not capture all the steps and required several modifications. We would like to submit an idea to make Capture tool compatible in a CITRIX environment. A lot of clients use CITRIX environment to access Corporate applications and host RPA solutions. Hi Team, When a BOT is used to call an API endpoint, the BOT machine details are send as an incoming requestor to the endpoint. In case the authentication mechanism requires the creation of certificates to allow only the needed traffic, then all the BOT machines needs to be added to the certificate. Moreover if there are any deletion or addition of BOT machines as per the requirement, then we need to create new certificates. I want to propose to create an internal API gateway in Blue Prism using which we can redirect all the BOT API calls to BP Server and then BP server will in turn make the calls on BOTs behalf, this way we only have to create the certificates once that too with just the BP server details If you like the Idea, please upvote so the SSC team can put that to their review list. ... As a user of ROS I need the ability to see a meaningful name on the word document banner. Once the document has been saved to chorus and the document is reopened, the word banner shows the content id as the file name.  This is not user friendly and does not allow the user to easily identify the document they need to work on – especially if there are multiple open. eMail Capture should support the option of creating an email content source with inline images included in the same source rather than separate sources attached to the same work such that the email body with the inline images will be stored and displayed as a single source in Content Viewer.  Inline images are currently created as separate sources attached the same work. It is very hard for users to relate the email content to the inline images when there are multiple images and any incorrect reference may result in errors with financial risks.
