Currently, the Launch action only provides the tracking ID as an output, which in some instances can be helpful, however this has quite a limited scope. It would be very useful (and it's not complicated to do) if the Launch action would also output the Process ID (PID). This could then be used to attach much more effectively, as the attach action already is set up to take this input: There are many situations where using window titles is quite problematic (i.e. dynamic webpages), so using PID would simplify the attaching process greatly, and add much more resilience.   ... Currently, the Blue Prism studio is heavily reliant on an active connection to the SQL database. This can be problematic, especially for remote workers in areas of poor internet connectivity (like on a train). It could be modified, to run a LocalSQLDB by default (same as the learning edition does), and save the changes there in the first instance, syncing to the SQL server database whenever the connection is available - think cloud save games here.  It would of course require additional config like version checks, user locks, concurrent saves, etc... but would definitely improve the Enterprise version user experience.  ... Summary: Users are experiencing frustration with the new Chorus UI layout, specifically with the amount of screen space occupied by associated cards (comments, source cards, etc.) linked to work items. Our processors often have multiple cards related to a work item open at the same time. Ie. Comments, work item card, cards for associated source items. Might be nice to have a setting that allows users to automatically close all associated cards when a parent case/work item is closed.   Details:   Problem: Users are struggling to navigate and manage multiple work items due to the visual density of the new UI layout, particularly the large footprint of associated cards. Current Situation: Currently, closing a work item does not automatically close its associated cards. Proposed Solution: Implement a user preference setting that allows users to choose whether to automatically close associated cards when a parent case/work item is closed. This option could mirror the existing preference for how sources open when a work item is opened. We'd like the option to  show / bypass the quality subsystem at the form level.  This allows us to control which forms have the quality subsystem. Background: We have a presentation flow that runs in a quality queue and have unchecked the bypass quality subsystem at the presentation level.  This overlays the quality subsystem on every form presented to the user during the presentation flow. We have a scenario where there is an error state and we'd like to present a prompt letting them know there was an error and instructing them what to do.  At this point we can't use the prompt because the quality subsystem overlay allows them to pass / fail in the prompt and we do not want that to be an option.   ... Prior in Classic AWD users were not able to copy and paste a special character comment.  AWD would error out and not allow the user to paste the comment. We would like this functionality to be added to Chorus Processor Workspace. Once we had users in Legacy Processor Workspace and current Processor Workspace they have been able to add special character (nonunion) comments and this causes the object to completely error out when it is opened again.  Updating the comment and removing the special character () does not resolve the issue. Our only work around is to have the user create a new object and copy and paste from the previous Chorus comment.  Copying and pasting the comments from Chorus does not cause the object to error, only when we copy and paste from our other documentation and websites.   This is in response to ticket CS0047171 and CS0039472 ... When a card is minimised, the minimised tab shows the primary tagline: It would be useful to be able to display a secondary tagline LOB on the minimised tab.  This would allow users to more easily identify the tab they want to restore from a number of minimised tabs that currently all look alike. Currently, there are a variety of Chorus-specific button options in UX Builder, including Save, Cancel, and Submit. We really need a Clear option.  Clear should empty any data collected on the associated Form Project. Why is this important?  If we have a multi-Form Project experience built in Chorus Design Studio and we allow the user to go back, so they can take a different path, we don't want the previous, unwanted data to be saved.  If saved, that unwanted data can appear in the UI or resulting images/objects in Chorus BPM. ... After migrating from Java Content Viewer to HTML Content viewer our clients are complaining that the font size and in particular font color is difficult to read.  I confirmed a standard AWD/Rip report displays in dark black text when viewed in Java Content Viewer but is light grey in HTML Content Viewer. We recently upgraded to Chorus BPM v 24.1.0.3. We now have the ability to adjust the columns in Chorus History. The enhancements to this window come with one cost: Short comments are fine. Comments that are separated by frequent Enter breaks are fine. But, if the comments are one long block of text it is hard, if not impossible sometimes, to move the column enough to see everything. Our request is that comments wrap within the Chorus History window regardless of the width of the column so that users who prefer to view comments in the History window can view all comments on one screen. ... I would like to request an enhancement to the UXBuilder form behavior. Specifically, when a form element or section is conditionally marked as hidden, any data a user has entered into that section should be automatically cleared as soon as they click out of it or when the section becomes hidden. Currently, I am encountering an issue where data entered into hidden sections persists, even after the section is no longer visible. This behavior is causing forms to freeze or retain outdated input, especially in production environments, and affects the stability of dynamic forms with conditional visibility.
